I never got to stay because I could never get ahold of anyone from the property
The listing on booking.com said late check in. When we arrived the office was closed and I was told I would have needed to arrive before 7pm… so I had to pay for a room at the motel 6 attached to the studio 6. The next day I walked down to check in but nobody was in the office and people were yelling and screaming out of their rooms. It was at this point we opted to get a room somewhere else. They never actually responded to my request to cancel and this has been lingering for days.

Room so poor no tv channels bathtub dirty I clean it myself some towels smell so nasty 1 towel was smelling good why it has a kitchen if stove doesn’t work no microwave

We paid for a disability room, my wife is disabled and I am a veteran recovering from open heart surgery. We booked a week in advance and were still placed on the second floor. Told there were no first floor rooms. There were small children running up and down the stairs til all hours of the night. Plus my wife and I discovered small bites all over us, so possibly bed bugs. Also the staff is very unfriendly. Very disappointed with this location. Many other problems to mention.
