Room was not clean and had move to a new room after check in. Staff took a while bring new room key and activities should start later for new guest arrival. Not alot of kiddie friendly outdoor area. Only 1 outside small jacuzzi and most guest smoke/drink around pool area. Check out should be later.

The property was close to Disney we were able to get to the parks quick and easy! The room was very spacious.
Our first night was okay. The master had no water pressure and the toilet seat was broken. Night two after a long day/night at Disney we walked in our room with a toddler turned on the lights and roaches were everywhere in the kitchen. When we called they stated they had to come up to our room to talk to us first before they could move us. We packed up our stuff it was another hour before they even showed up to the door with keys at 11pm. When asked if there was a roach problem in the building since they asked if we wanted to stay in the same building or move completely the employee stated very rude and smart attitude that this is Florida it’s normal. As a Florida native roaches are not normal to just have let alone 4 in the matter of a minute in the kitchen. We were moved to another room which seemed upgraded but had a dead roach smeared on the wall. We loved this property at previous stays after this stay we will not be back.
