Location and size of rooms
Ac could not get very cold blocked at 74 degrees preventing comfort while in rooms and keeping cool. Plus no fans in the rooms. and lots of safety and maintenance issues preventing use of some facilities.

I liked that there was enough space for my Children to all sleep comfortable. I enjoyed the bathtub in the room. I liked the pool area
I did not like how much I paid to be told I couldn’t have guests. I traveled to see my family and I ended up spending more time outside of the resort than inside the resort.

It was in an exquisite location, tucked just out of the city, but close enough to the parks that it was still very convenient. Beautiful room and view. Exceptional amenities.
I really can't complain about anything that happened at the hotel. My stay was great.

It can get a bit crowded in the pool areas. Guests should be consulted or briefed on their room selection. Noise can be a problem due to hardwood floors.
