It was clean everything was nice the grounds was up kept and decorated nice the staff was excellent ? ? it was close to everything.
The bed could have been more comfortable it was a hard sleep and that's all.

We stayed to celebrate our anniversary and had a wonderful time. Loved the room, pool, and my fiance enjoyed his massage at the spa.
Hot tub in room could be better maintained, hot water would run out really fast. Shower water handle only has mode for really hot or slightly hot.

The stay was good. The only thing is check-in is at 4 PM. I at arrive at 4:30 in the room wasn’t ready, After hours of driving to get to the resort, I did not want to wait. but the staff was able to change rooms and get me in.

The location was good
When we got to the room the keys didn’t work so we had to go back to the front desk. Then we get in the room the AC didn’t work neither did the Wifi work. So we had to be moved to another room. We move to another room and the Wifi wasn’t still working.

Cleanliness of the rooms was excellent.
The water isn’t hot enough! They lure you in with the giant tub pics only to find out there isn’t enough hot water to fill up the tub! If I can leave my hand in the hot water on full blast it’s not hot enough! Honestly that was the only reason I chose the resort and so I was very disappointed. Also…the parking is terrible!

I loved everything when I booked I didn’t realize all the amenities it’s was amazing the staff we’re supper nice and helpful. The lobby bathroom is like a mini spa. The actual spa was also amazing.

The Resort was a really nice experience, took my spouse and her family. They really enjoyed the location and how it wasn’t too far from most of our locations we planned for our stay.
How we were on the 3rd floor, my mother in-law has bad knees and had to constantly walk up and down every time we had to leave. But that was on our end for not communicating about it.
