Everyone was awesome. Andre was very nice and welcoming we had a good conversation since he's from my home in Jamaica.
The guess next door who was urging at 3am in morning. But I called security and they were able to get them to stop urging.

The property was nice on the outside.
We only had one remote for the tv & the room had two tv's in there. The sheets had stains on them. And we were told that we had to pay to get another set of towels, which I think is crazy because towels are supposed to be free after all the money we spend to stay there. The water in the sink on one side didn't have, but hot water came out & the other side of the sink had cold water. And the tub cold water barely was coming out. The furniture was outdated. It needs to be upgraded.

The staff was very helpful and nice
When we arrived the toilet seat was broken and the room next to us was very loud.
They did move us but the resort needed some upgrades and there was toothpaste in the sink the pool was a little dirty

The living quarters were very spacious and accommodating to the family. It was well stocked with necessary items.
The resort appeared to be dated and the room smelled muggy. The room itself could have been cleaner. Several areas had dust on or around it.
