The facility is always clean. Well maintain and very courteous and helpful people every time i've stayed there, they've always been very accommodating with everything that I needed.
This isn't necessarily something that I disliked, but I felt that the requested accommodations were meetable, but unfortunately, I was told they weren't, I noticed when I got back last night after my concert, there was many vacant areas. I had requested to downgrade my room due to the other Party not being able to make it, and I was told that they had no accommodations last night. I will say that I did ask for this change on the day of my arrival, so I do understand that potentially there was no availability. I just felt that when I got back last night.. I've seen the high probability of multiple available smaller units. That I could have been put into. Although this in no way would stop me from coming back. I think the resort is amazing. Always has been great prices. Good people, just very unusual of this facility not accommodating a specific request,

The property is absolutely beautiful!!
So many things to do. The staff was nice.
The rooms are beautiful and very spacious.
Great location you are close to every thing.
The only thing I have is there was a lot of long black hair in the jacuzzi.

The location and overall look of the hotel
The staff were truly not pleasant or welcoming. One of them was even rude about the pool being closed when I asked about when it would be reopened. They also locked me out of my room at 0920 on the day we were leaving. We came back from the pool to find the keys not working ready to change and pack to check out by 10. I had to call the front desk and wait 15min for security to come. He told me they have been doing that lately, locking people out early. I said then they should lock out at 10am because that’s check out time. He agreed. It’s inappropriate and rude. The bathroom really wasn’t cleaned well and the beds were pretty uncomfortable. When I came in 2018 it was a much better experience. We were quite disappointed this time around

There are a lot of activities to do at the Resort we decided to enjoy it instead of going to the parks on Memorial Day weekend.
We had some noisy neighbors during this stay. It was 2am and they were in the balcony drinking and being extremely loud, we called the front desk and they sent security but the people didn’t stop with the noise till past 4am hopefully next time we can enjoy a peaceful stay!

Appliances was broken and not functional the stairs was a bit much but over all I have to give a 10
