The resort itself is nice, clean, very convenient location. Majority of the staff were great.
I have Peripheral Artery Disease in my legs and can barely walk, I use a mobility scooter and my grandson has Muscular Dystrophy and I requested a handicap accessible room and they put me on the 2nd floor of a building with no elevator. Needless to say my kids did not enjoy their spring break due to me not being able to go up and down the stairs. They didn't try to fix it or accommodate me just told me they were at capacity.

Disappointing
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was quite spacious, which made it comfortable to move around and not feel cramped.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was quite spacious, which made it comfortable to move around and not feel cramped. Unfortunately, that’s where most of the positives ended.
The room itself felt very outdated, with older furnishings and decor that could really use a refresh. It gave the impression that maintenance and upgrades haven’t been a priority for some time. The bathroom was also disappointing—the shower had very low water pressure, which made it difficult to enjoy even a quick rinse.
Another major issue was the temperature in the room. It stayed uncomfortably hot throughout my stay, and it didn’t seem like the cooling system was working properly.
Overall, while the space was nice, the lack of modern updates, poor water pressure, and uncomfortable temperature made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

We stayed in the three bedroom villa and it was amazing beautiful and clean the property with the pool areas. It has all kinds of fun stuff to do me and my family enjoyed our stay

The grounds are beautiful. The unit is spacious. Very peaceful.
Poor long-term maintenance of the 3-bedroom unit. 1) We discovered thick black mold in the toilet reservoir (primary suite) when we had to open the back tank lid. The interior plumbing was stuck refilling the bowl. 2) The exhaust fan in that water closet rumbles like a jet engine. 3) The 2 sofas are dilapidated and the 2 lounge chairs are filthy.
