I like that they had movie night you can use the grills and you really didn't have to leave the resort it was very nice
The beds were small wish they had Queens instead of fools and the couches were outdated

Old hotel, poor cleanliness in the bedroom and bathroom. Roach crawling in the bathroom. Room smelled as if pets stayed there or very old and dirty scent.

Breakfast was pretty good. A few fresh fruits, simple egg and a sausage patty/stick, cereal selection and lots of topping choices for oatmeal, muffins and bagel choices with toasters, and 2 pretty good waffle makers which was the main attraction. Outside of the breakfast, there was a pool, fitness room with a scale, laundry room and access to purchase small snacks and items if forgotten, not to mention very close to Walmart, Publix, Wawa and anything else I could have needed. Service was very good.
It was 21-30min away from the Silver Spur Arena, which seemed to be the common distance for many hotels, so it can't really be counted as a negative. There are not really many great food or lodging options near the arena, so this worked out pretty good because there are many options near this hotel.

The breakfast was good lots of options to choose from.
The room i stayed in the beds was so uncomfortable was like sleeping on the floor that how it felt ! When i got there i didnt know i had to pay to park at your hotel and the staff lady said yes its on our website i went through book.com and it didnt say anything about that. Never again will i stay at this hotel or tell friends about it. The beds was uncomfortable, i had 6 total at the stay i asked for more towels and the staff lady said shell have someone bring them up and never got more had to share with the kids so they could take a bath that night and no staff was busy im pretty sure they wasnt i checked in at 930 no one was in the lobby had a heads up how many was with me maybe the total of towels should of already been in there also asked for more pillows and never received them either, i aslo asked about the ice machine was told to look on the map for it, your staff should never speak to customer like that , i had a long day at disney with kids and just wanted to ask where it was and not look at the map i had two very cranky kids that i needed to get to bed. The ac barely worked in our room as good as it should it was cool but not cold was gonna call about that but why when i had no luck on the towels bring brought up to me so yeah no one slept good at all that night. Only good thing was the breakfast that was it ! I

We traveled due to my husband going into surgery and I was with the kids which we found enough things to do during the holidays around the community. The weather wasn’t cooperating, I wished there were some indoor activities we could had taken advantage. But overall everything worked out for us.
