The bed was comfortable but the sheets and pillows were really really bad.
The bathroom looked like it had a murder in it. The hallway smelled like a locker room. The staff was terribly rude. Getting anything delivered will cost you 10 dollar per package. They do not disclose this. If you don't return your keys you have to pay.

The room was a dump, unkept base boards and some walls and bathroom faucet and dirty back of bathroom door. Needs maintenance. Will not stay there again. First and last

The lit up board walk to the lake the pool the rooms how comfortable the beds we the shower and how friendly the staff was loved everything about this hotel
the breakfast could have been a little more like bagels bacon more creamer choices more meat choices and more variety of alot of stuff and the food was not hot

Non smoking at least for me means 0 smoking, doesnt matter if a vape or regular cigarettes, specially no weed cause it stinks, Hallway smelled like weed on building 2, second floor

The hotel was in a convenient location. The very last day the housekeeping staff who helped us, Ana Perez, was very helpful. I wish she had been on duty the previous days.
When we checked in there were no towels or bath mats in the room and we had to request them.

The free breakfast and no smoking/vaping policy
Our room was on the top floor (5th floor) and had a leaking room that kept us up all night. Then during breakfast small gnats were swarming around the bread.

Location beautiful grounds very much in the center of Orlando activities we were about 15-20 minutes to nearly any location
No microwave/toaster oven a full refrigerator would be nice too

Only he focused showing rich in bed but nothing else.
Such poor experience, front desk guy was rude he didnt listen. Based on pics thought its great hotel and chose this hotel in place of Holiday Inn .But after enter I see that he try save every penny from Napkin to breakfast. Dont go you feel sad.

The price.
Still an odd hotel. It wants to be a resort, but it's just a marsh. Lots of romantic signage, but it's ostly families seeking the Disney experience.

It have a nice view and the staff is very nice and cooperative
The breakfast room was clean and the meal was ok
The parking lot was clean and large
Is nearby a lot of stores
The building is in construction , no body came to clean the room, I had to ask for clean towel and soap every time.
The air condition is old and only dirty wind was blowing when turned on the airco
My children got sick
The furnitures in the room were old and broken
I didnt had much choices at breakfast
I only eat once
The elevator is dark and old
During the day no hot water in the shower

The modern updates, the pool area, the fact that it is gated. The price point and FREE parking!
Parking lot had a lot of glass shards near the dumpster area. Breakfast was not good at all, barely any options to choose from and whatever was good had emptied out. From the inside of our room we could hear everything going on outside. I dont like the fact that we have to be buzzed in to get through the gate. What if a staff member is busy? We should have gate codes to get through
