Wonderful
When I entered the hotel, I was greeted and very much welcomed. There was staff all over the hotel, cleaning and mkaing the property beautiful. I loved how intricate to detail Palazzo was, the breakfast had a wide selection. Oatmeal, to frui, to savory items, and they change the food everyday! The beds were perfect and soft and I fell asleep like a baby. I'm coming back here again!
I didn't like the shared balcony, and the lack of parking spaces.

This hotel has everything. The hotel had a pleasant smell. The Breakfast is the most complete included Breakfast I've ever had. The service was excellent. The room was comfortable, it was clean and the bathroom had hot water all times! Nice little balcony. The balconies are separate but very accessible between each other. Anyone can just spread the leg and be on the other side. To be that felt a bit unsafe. That is just my opinion. But the hotel was a great stay, specially for the price. Great service very clean and comfortable. Nice pool area in front of a lake. Tables under cabanas in front of the lake to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or a dinner with your special one.
The balconies are separate but very accessible between each other. Anyone can just spread the leg and be on the other side.

Paid for a room that was more and was not accommodated. I asked for a refund was declined. Was told maybe tomorrow you can have that room. What?
The staff was not helpful. The room was just ok. But it wasnt what I paid for which was a king bed.

Price was great. Very friendly staff. New upgraded rooms with comfy beds and was close to everything.
the ac was not working properly in the hallways and it smelled like weed all over the property.

I like that I felt safe. More that anything I really appreciate the awesome staff Bruno and Samuel. Extremely kind and friendly and very helpful. That awesome service made the difference!
I would suggest to just put microwave oven on every room they are not that expensive and will definitely improve the experience and practically of the stay. Also make breakfast fast open until 10 am.
