The hotel has been stealing my security deposit says voided when time to refund. Horrible now I need to check the past stays. I’ve experienced grand theft

Great location for visiting Kissimmee, Orlando, and other nearby attractions. The lobby felt very luxurious, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast exceeded expectations — definitely more than your typical continental offering.
Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to the three wonderful and really cool ladies Kiara, Alanys, Andrea at the front desk who went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect.
We especially loved the setting by the large lake, complete with a small boardwalk, cozy pool area, and cabanas. The property also offers a spacious parking lot and is fully enclosed by a fence, adding a sense of privacy and security.
