Poor
The area was close to a lot of places to eat and shop. They had a pool that was open
The hotel did not look anything like the pictures they had posted. I felt like I was cat fished the room was not stocked. And the breakfast was waffles, some pastry they clearly got from Sam's club or Walmart, the bread was just a loaf still in its packet. And the juice they mentioned was Capri suns

Good value. Bed was comfy. Room was clean with the exception of the shower/bathtub as there was a hair on the shower wall.
Hair on shower wall. The nightstand had a charging station built into it which was great! However when I went to plug in the electrical cord to the outlet, one of the prongs immediately fell off when I touched it. I reported it to the office and was told that maintenance would be by to take care of it but they never came.

The location was optimal. The shower had very warm water. The window let in nice sunlight.
There were a lot of bugs and roaches in the room. The bed was super hard. There was hair throughout the bathroom and shower when we arrived.

Comfortable bed, close to Disney, room was clean. Was very cheap room.
Room smelled musty, stepping into the bathroom, and a liquid would come up between the seams of the floor panels. Checkout was at 11:00 am but the key stopped working at 9:00 am. Had to go to the office to get back into the room.

We come to this motel for years and never had any issues. Yes it’s an inexpensive place.
We were in room 127 and smelt like a smoking room. There were several bugs in the room and on the beds. The door allows any outside odor into since there was clear gaps between the door and the frame.

The front desk person who checked me in was very friendly
1. Shower didn't work. 1. Light over sink didn't work. 3. Walked barefoot in room, feet ended up black from dirt. Didn't even try to sleep under the covers. I covered the bed with my own blanket and slept on top

I love the hot water never ran out and the beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very cold at night and most of all how close it was to all the Disney parks.
