Loved the location. Right in the middle of everything from the Disney Theme Parks to Old Town. Very convenient. Smelled clean and looked clean for the most part. A/C worked great. A lot of parking. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Room was small. Beds were not Queen. It Doubled, that was advertised I was hoping it was stated wrong. It was decent but the sheets were a bit itchy so didn’t get to sleep well. Tv channels were a little blurry.

Location, extremely close to the parks.
Rooms and facilities need massive remodeling. Main door hard to close, random weird looking people hanging around making families uncomfortable.

The reviews need to realize that this is a motel, not the four seasons. For the price, it exceeded my expectations especially with it's distance from the attraction we were in Florida for: Disney world animal kingdom. Beds are comfortable, room is clean, check-in/check-out is easy, it comes with a free bus service to DW and the staff are very kind!
Just be aware that this is a affordable motel so some of the facilities need updates visually, but everything still works fine. Just don't be shocked if some areas need a touch up of paint or have a little scratch on their surface.

Is close to pretty much everything, food, groceries and parks
The beds have bedbugs bugs, when I check out I got charges to Uber and to the hotel for extra days wich I didn't authorize so meaning some one is stealing customers credit card info.

The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the Disney theme park complex. The microwave and refrigerator in the room are helpful for preparing small snacks during your stay. The comfort is good for short stays, like 2 or 3 days, which was my case, as I was passing through for work. But I wouldn't recommend it for families or longer stays, as it may not be very comfortable, there are no closets to store your clothes, and there's no safe box to leave documents.
The room wasn't cleaned during my stay, nor were the beds made, only towels were changed. I found some insects, small cockroaches, in the room. The breakfast is very simple, without many options, and the place is quite small and cramped, which is certainly a problem during peak season.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and you can’t beat the location! I was able to easily navigate to Disney World with little issue!
The water pressure in the shower did not meet my expectations, but that’s such a small thing.
