Big condo and super clean.
Hotel waterpark is a glorified pool. Everything is overpriced. Mini golf was an extra charge and the course was bland. Restraints onsite dont have dinner Sunday nights.

The property itself the water park was awesome The room was nice
We were on a third floor the elevator was broke The staircase was unoperable next to our room had to use the staircase on the far side of the building The bed in the main suite had 2x4s underneath it holding the bed up

We really enjoyed the room we stayed in. It was so big and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The gentlemen at the door and providing golf cart service were amazing!!!
I wish the wifi worked by the pool.

We love the waterpark and having 3 bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms
This will probably be our last time staying here very outdated and the answer we get is they are privately owned but when you pay 3000 for a stay and can't sit on the sofa because it's from the 70's and so uncomfortable draws the line for me last year was a broken dryer this year it's the furniture and box tvs

Our villa was located in Cabana Court A-104. We had a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom superior villa (not sure theres much of a difference between superior & deluxe other than price and couple hundred sq. ft.). Our villa was about a 2 min or less drive to waterpark and a short walk across the street to villas on Whisper Ways playground (its a small one - no swings). The bigger and shaded playground is about a 7 minute ride from where we were to Grand Traverse Parkway (estate properties area). The pool at Cabana Court is small yet intimate. The biggest pool is located at Seven Eagles (its called The Cove). The pool at Centre Ridge location was closest to miniature golf & tennis. To play theres an added fee.
My kids only did waterpark once as they preferred the pool since it was less people. They were disappointed that there was no game/arcade room although I have a screenshot from website stating the game room was located in the Seven Eagles part of the resort. However, the front desk representative told me it (game room) was removed during the pandemic. They had outdoor games for families like Connect Four and volleyball but it seemed to lack organized or scheduled kid friendly activities like other resorts.
