It was a nice place we enjoyed it, very nice staff. Pool and water slides great
The home was nice but it was showing it’s worn appeal the rugs where a bit dirty, and a few things where worn , curtains, love seat was ripped. No hose in screen area to rinse patio or refill hot tub

We liked that the townhome was enough spaces for our family.
The hot tub did not work the first day we arrived abd it was not cleaned. The second they sent maintenance to come and clean and fix it but it still didn't get that hot. The downstairs room cover had stains on them and hair was on the pillows in the living room.

Better than expected from the reviews. Same as the pictures. Facility and staff were fantastic.
Cons were cooking utensils, pots and pans were adequate and usable but need an upgrade.
Beds were very Comfortable. Pool and grounds were Clean and useable.
Nothing additional is provided by the facility beyond what is there when you check in. Towels- wash whatever is there or bring / buy more. Soap , detergent , paper goods ; Go shopping for them.

The location.
The TV in the first bedroom went out. Called and told customer service and they came and worked on it. The TV went right back out. It was out most of the stay.

The pool was amazing, the hot tubs were amazing, we also loved the location. Close to Disney and maybe a 15 minute ride from the other theme parks. Nice and quiet area. The homes are clean.
The beds weren’t as comfortable, the tubs come up very high and can be difficult to step out of if you have shorter legs.

Are you in it and the fact that it was extremely filthy and it needed to be extremely updated as everything was falling apart

The cleanliness of the unit was great, it was spacious. I was glad we were able to take our two dogs, as we couldn’t find any caretakers. The private hot tub was amazing.
The bed was not comfortable, i ended up with back pain.
