The facilities and restaurant
We were promised a lake view and got a parking lot view. Our town house was not available until close to 5pm! We were then promised a 20% per day discount and I have not received the discount yet!

Peace and Quiet and Quiet and Peaceful and did I mention it was a beautiful facility. The apartment was clean and updated and had everything we needed for our convenience
Hot tub was a extra treat
Short trip just for the weekend. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy some of the other amenities available on the property

Location, we picked this place and used it several times for the location
This is the only time we have stayed here that it hasn’t been clean when we arrived
There was cigarette butts around the hot tub and on the ground by the door lots of them the hot tub was filthy debris in the bottom of the tub and a nasty film floating on top the water the stairs had stuff all in the carpet , the bathroom with the king bed has something sharp sticking up in between the carpet and tile that stabbed me on the foot with had to pay 200$ extra for cleaning for my 2 dogs and just wish it was clean

Cleaning was not so good when we arrived. I stayed for 10 days and at least one day cleaning could be available in the amount. Kitchen utilities could be better also, with more options
