clubhouse/pool area was OK, restaurant/bar was decent, location was off main highway so quiet
unit 2668 Corvette Ln was FILTHY, stained/worn out carpeting, dirty walls, cracked/broken tiles and dirty grout in restrooms, furniture was old & worn out, uncomfortable cushions, sagging seats/dirty covers on dining room chairs, screened lanai floor had all kinds of spots on it that were obviously food as our service dog seemed to find many, screen along bottom walls of the lanai was ripped w/6" gaps making it unsafe for our service dog who could easily walk thru them, lanai door broken, hot tub looked clean but the cover was trashed, we would never take a chance using it for fear of what lurked within, we understand units are individually owned with one management company handling rentals/cleaning, etc.. OBVIOUSLY some owners have improved and maintained their units while others do not. We were clearly in a unit where the owner DOES NOT maintain or update it. We were supposed to have a 3 BR/3BA unit with all bedrooms on top floor - they put us in a handicapped unit with 1 BR on main floor - bathroom had a roll-in shower, small sink, etc. all set up for someone who needs this - we did not. It was not what we reserved and wanted. They also told us before arriving, "come early, if your unit is ready we'll check you in, if not hang at out clubhouse." They must tell EVERYONE this because there were MANY groups hanging around for hours. They didn't check anyone in early and at 4pm scheduled check in time they were telling many that room STILL unavailable. UNACCEPTABLE! I felt like they did so on purpose to keep us on site, spending money in their bar/restaurant/pool area while we waited. You can tell that back in the day when this resort was newer, better run and maintained it would've been a nice place to stay - NO LONGER. Honestly, the surrounding Kissimmee area on highway is dirty, run down and over-crowded. Chain restaurants, sad looking motels and junky gift shops.

The kitchen needed a few things to make breakfast...lunch....the patio could be cleaner....towels need some new ones...very basic

First the resort is beautiful! Staff is very friendly!! The room was nice. The beds were comfortable.
I didn’t like was that there are absolutely bare minimum amenities!! No pizza cutter no pot holders so we had a hard time getting the food out the oven! One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Literally enough for one nights stay and nothing in the kitchen. When you have a full kitchen you should have all the things that belong there. I was also a little disgusted because as we went to sleep I flip my pillow over and there was blood on the pillow case! The hot tub had a mildew smell the first night but someone came in and cleaned when we weren’t there nor were we told someone was coming to our unit!

Location was great. Pool was nice. Size of our room was spacious. Washer and dryer were helpful. Cleaning staff had done all they could. When we called about a tub that didn’t drain, they sent someone to fix it next day.
The upkeep of the room was poor. Carpet was loose and coming up, stains in the bathroom, paint was aging, tub didn’t drain.
No linens for the sofa bed. Unclear check-in procedure.

The clining personal not to honest we left some items clothes on the closet and they said was no there we call right after we left and kept tried to talk to the housekeeping from the unit but nothing happens.

The cleanliness of the unit was great, it was spacious. I was glad we were able to take our two dogs, as we couldn’t find any caretakers. The private hot tub was amazing.
The bed was not comfortable, i ended up with back pain.

We liked that the townhome was enough spaces for our family.
The hot tub did not work the first day we arrived abd it was not cleaned. The second they sent maintenance to come and clean and fix it but it still didn't get that hot. The downstairs room cover had stains on them and hair was on the pillows in the living room.

The resort was great. The location of the resort is close to the parks. The beds are very comfortable, large and clean.

Its conveniently located next to fun spot/ old town, within walking distance. Had the grandkids with me and this made the trip really great. We hung out at the heated pool, water slide, hot tub during the day. Hit the amusement park at night. Just a 5min ride to Disney springs. Perfectly tucked away off the main road in a quiet cul-de-sac. It's definitely a hidden gem.
Very minor things. The towel bar and T-paper holder was coming loose of the wall. The staff was very polite and offered to send maintenance. Wasn't a priority to address while there. Also, the dryer had a high squeal despite being fairly new. Otherwise, the room was large, specious, and clean.

I liked how comfortable the bed was and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. I really love the pool area and I was happy to know there was a pool side bar and food that I could order. The food was delicious and so were the drinks.
I wish the ac was colder. It seemed a little too warm for me. I also thought the pillows were too soft.
