I lost my passport while ubering to and from the hotel. When I contacted the hotel to see if someone could look for or had found my passport I was informed that an uber driver contacted the hotel to indicate they found a passport in their car. However, the hotel staff member didn't take down the name or number of the driver or what day the trip was. As a result, I had to contact at least 8 Uber drivers that I had used during my stay at the hotel which I was charged for. Unfortunately, not all the Uber drivers responded and I did not find my passport which made the rest of my stay in the USA very complicated, costly and stressful.

My husband and I have stayed here every time was were I Orlando, but this time was very different. I only liked that the room was the same.
The staff is rude and hung the phone up in our face when we told them our room didn’t have any wash cloths and one towel. The hot tub had so many chemicals that it burned my skin, to the point I had to run and shower real fast. The shower at the pool didn’t work, the swimming pool supposed to be heated but it was cold as ice, it’s just not the same!

Hotel restaurant not good. Advertised heated pool and it was freezing. Hot tub was cold 50% of the time.

First room ..Key card wouldn't work, AC on too cold, they couldn't fix it. Moved to another room, key card wouldn't work, had to turn tv off and on with power outlet behind a dresser. They returned $44 to our account for our trouble. Location was great. Water in pool and lazy river was freezing cold.

Para el chek in tuvimos que hacer 4 horas de línea, era a las 16 hs y nos dieron la habitación a las 21 hs, una verguenza, encima no nos dieron ningun tipo de compensación, ni se disculparon. Tenian un problema en el sistema pero no tuvieron plan B.
La falta de competencia de los empleados.
Encima nos dieron una habitación al lado de la lavandería, cada vez que saliamos, teniamos que andar esquivando los tachos llenos de sabanas y toallas, totalmente inaceptable tener el lavadero en ese lugar
