Beds were comfy pools looked nice (didn't have a chance to use them stayed too busy)
Could use some updating. Carpeting in hallways needed to be re-stretched and pulled tighter or replaced. Bathroom vent fan did not work.

It’s really close to the parks, the rooms are clean and comfortable
When we arrived we were told that they didn’t have more tower rooms available even when we have already paid for a tower room and when one became available they gave the room to a family that was staying only for one night, we had to take one inn room for that night and the following day move to a tower room

clean room , nice staff, good drivers to the parks, nice private driver for going to other areas personal stuff
the weather was cold, but not too cold , one rainy day at EPIC was okay as ride lineups are indoors and eating is indoors
and it did not rain all day long, the buffet was too plain would like some eggs benedict and some canola oil free potatoes for older folks not to eat red meat or deep fried food, so could bake the potatoes and have as heart smart menu choice and chicken sausage as no red meat on my diet is better , but overall nice to get a warm breakfast and friendly restaurant staff

Our stay was not pleasant. When we first arrived and was checked into our room we noticed the microwave and coffee pot was unplugged. That was odd, next we had to deallll with cold water for two days, after letting the front desk know we were offered to move to a new room that had a water issue as well, we checked another room where the water was ok. The rooms were all a decent size and accommodated our needs in term of space, however while in room 1621 while taking a shower the water went from warm to extremely hot burning my chest area, I wrote an incident report with the front desk but could not see a doctor due to no one accepting my insurance and the hotel will only reimburse for any pre-pay services you incur. The cheapest visit was $440 which we did not have, which was not allowed for during our vacation. I will see my doctor when I get home. The room service was not good at all. We found hair on towels, on the floor of the bathroom, this was after room service came in and cleaned. I removed my sheets from my bed due to a woman's issue and low and behold they put the same sheet back on the bed along with the duvet. If I could give a zero stars I would. I would not recommend this location. The front desk staff were all super nice but the owners really need to upgrade the property as it has potential but for us we will not stay here again.
