The room has everything you need. Good beds and i like that it has a microwave and a mini-fridge. It has a great location (near to a walmart and other restaurants).
The some people of the staff (front desk) sometimes were a little rude to talk or have bad attitude. Maybe would be good to consider a little bit more of options for the breakfast.

The location and the free theme park shuttle service was good but it takes a lot of time
The cleanliness of the room was not ok. The washbasin sink was clogged. Plus the cleaning staff wasn't replacing the towels too

Location is the best! Near to Disney Parks and to all kind if restaurants. Friendly Staff. Room was kind of old, but nicely clean. Plenty of free parking. I asked for a crib and it was already in the room when we arrived

My sink drain stopper broke and maintenance came out within 15 minutes to work on it! It was 9pm when I called. I was impressed with the speed they sent someone and the fix!
