The rooms at the Tower are very comfortable. The pools are awesome. The Staff at the hotel is very helpful and nice. Sheryl helped us a lot by upgrading us to the tower rooms since we had some issues at one of the rooms at the pet friendly area …
There are some rooms that are a little bit out dated. I’d recommend to stay at the Tower when possible.

Everything is in easy reach food was great and delicious ice cream great pools lovely staff ideally situated
Just need to had a couple of plates bowls and cups in the little kitchenette and a couple of knives and forks and wouldn't need anything else

Disney parks can be reached in 8-10 minutes by car. Market is nearby. Breakfast is OK. Our room was cleaned and tidied every day.
It's just a little old. The floors of the rooms are carpeted and give the impression of being dirty.

The location of this hotel is excellent and close to Disney. The hotel is dated, but everything was clean. Our room was very clean and large. The extra sink was very nice. Beds are comfy. Appreciated the free parking especially since we ended up having to pay for parking at the parks.
The free shuttle they advertise everywhere doesn't leave for Disney parks until 9 am or 10 am, depending on which park you are visiting. This is way after the park opens. You also need to make a reservation for each way, which means you must know when you want to be picked up. No running to the hotel for a nap and then returning to the park on a whim. For these reasons, we drove to the park. It's $30 to park at Disney for the day.

Location was excellent and the hotel itself was great.
The chemicals used to cover up maybe smells in the room or something was terrible. It smelt toxic and was the most horrible thing to deal with.

The bed was comfy and the bathroom was okay.
The pillows were literally nothing, the door to the hotel room jiggles a lot, there was so many other issues with the door, like the lock, you basically had to slam the door for it to lock.
