99% perfect from booking to ample free parking, to front desk staff ! AWESOME!! Kate - I believe checked us in and went above and beyond on suggestions and guiding us so our stay was excellent. Property is Super clean , easy to get around, so many amenities- didn’t want for anything. We stayed in the “tower” and were very pleased with the room - very comfortable, and spacious for a two bed room!! Faced the street side and watched magic kingdom fire works perfectly from the large windows. Love this property!!!!! Hadn’t stayed in a Ramada in quite a few years … glad we did!
Just the actual location - the proximity to all things Disney is GREAT! But the traffic on irlo Bronson pkwy is horrendous! Nothing to do about it tho.!! We will still book again when need!

Check in/check out went fine
Sink and bathtub faucets both leaked. Tub was stained and looked dirty. When A/C fan came on, the noise was annoyingly loud and "squeaky". We were supposed to have two queen beds. Instead we had a king bed and pullout sofa - which was broken and did not open properly.

The location was very close to Disney.
It was a very congested area. We were in the motel section, and it was quite noisy. People outside in the middle of the night making noise and talking. People running in the room upstairs. Also the beds were quite hard.

It was close to Disney World and Epcot Center and other places that we needed to go
The first room they gave us was the lower room next to the pool area and I think because of hurricanes there was mold and mildew issues in that room extremely bad so they gave us another room up on the fourth floor, which was nice of them otherwise I probably would have left

The location was good, close to a number of restaurants as well as within walking distance to Walmart.
The free shuttle bus to Disney World is also great to have available.
Also, my son enjoyed all of the games and activities that we could play; basketball, giant chess, mini golf, etc.
Some parts of the hotel looked like they could do with a bit of a refresh.
