It was close to the parks, restaurants plus had its own steakhouse, and all you can eat breakfast buffet. The room was clean beds was comfortable. Staff had great customer service. Nice indoor heated pool and outdoor entertainment area where you can watch a movie every night. We were even able to see the fireworks from our room window.
Only thing I found wrong was the door was stuck and had to push open room 1405.

Nice friendly staff. Rooms were clean and rooms were made up every day. Stayed principally to go to Disney World. Only slept at hotel. Did not use any amenities. Rooms were dated, but ok with us because we just used them to sleep. Room was old style motel room with parking at the front door of the room. We were happy with it, but some may have safety concerns. Closed to Disney parks and free parking.
Shuttle service to Disney contracted by hotel was poor. Times were limited and it Took over 1 1/2 hour to return from park on Shuttle and its under 3 miles. Switched to using Uber which was excellent and very reasonable. Dropped right at gate. Hotel manager complained that because we booked thru third party he was not getting very much for the room. Tried to upsell us but we were not interested.

Disappointing
The view was amazaing. We were on the 8th floor of the tower and could see the Tree of Life, Avatar, Spaceship Earth, Contemporary, Tower of Terror. Every night we could enjoy fireworks if we weren't in the parks.
The beds were very good. Just please be aware that if you are not so tall, you might have some trouble getting in. We had 2 people under 1m70 and they had challenges hopping in. Especially after a long park day.
Christmas decoration.
The hotel is not a little, but very outdated/under maintained
Carpet is ruffled, hinges in the bathroom show rust. Curtains are off the hook, lampshades wiggle. The bathroom has fluorescent lighting that sometimes decides not to work anymore. No place to hang your wet bathing suits after you had a swim. Pool is not heated so swimming not really reccommended.
Cleaning is substandard. No need for clean sheets every day. But clean toilet, bath tub and a vacuumed room are preferred. Especially if the showerhead is fixed which prevents you to be able to clean the tub yourself. At day 5 we felt dirtier getting out of the shower then going in. Especially because the water didn't drain very well as well.
On our last night there was a storm. We had to move rooms due to leakage. When we arrived in the other room there was a leak in the bathroom, the windows in the new room were leaking as well. They wanted us to move again. Had to get up early for flight so we refused. Leakage in lobby too.
Breakfast - The Smokehouse
Simple breakfast was almost the same, for 14 days. 2 - 4 types of fresh fruit. Butter, saved in ice chips, so way too hard to smear. Yoghurt, scrammbled eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes, syrop & then some stuff we didn't recognise. Brown & white bread. Donutes and cinnamon rolls. 4 types of cereals and milk. Drinks are upon order. Seconds sometimes given in already used cups. Not allowed to drink 2 cold beverages.1 morning had to wait for table because none were available. Pics say otherwise.
Dinner - Deli and Andy's Pizza
Had dinner twice. Meat is nice, fries are cold and limp. Messed up one order the second time. Prices are close to WDW Quick service.
Staff - almost every staff member speaks Spanish and very often we had no idea wether or not they spoke English well enough to understand us. They just nod and said ok. When we left they asked if everything was ok, we said no. They answered with ok.

The location
They are not only charging per receiving packages for their clients, they charge between $5-$50 per package based on weight. But because charging is not enough, they were bullying me every time I went to pick up a package. It was Black Friday and I was looking for best deals to get my family their Christmas gifts. I received around 18-20 packages during my 10 days stay, and every time they starting saying how hard was for them to receive packages, how infamous I was for sending orders, they asked me when was I checking out to they could celebrate not having more packages for me. Really? You charge for it and then have the audacity to have that attitude? Definitely not what I was expecting for a Ramada experience. Also, the note on the manager front desk that says: “the customer has to pay for everything”… definetely they need to hire an expert on UX, give some training to their employees on customer relations and definitely a 180 degrees turn cause that’s not okay in any way!

Plenty to do. Fun, super close to Disney. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. I liked that I could check in early.
The room had a mildew odor. There was absolutely no shower pressure when we first arrived. Came back later & the shower worked fine.

If you only want location and don’t care about the quality of stay… above a basic and unclean motel at best then don’t stay here.
The mould, the damp carpet, the wet dog and cigarette smell to rooms.
No lift to most rooms, no help with bags… if you want a room with the lift then you have to sleep in a sofa bed…

The property was close to Disney World and the airport. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The rooms were outdated and had multiple problems. The bathtub dripped all night. The fan in the bathroom did not work. Mold in the bathroom. It was very loud. You could hear all the people in other rooms. It wasn’t super clean.
