The location and laundry
Smell of dog. Non working fridge. Internal bathroom door not ablebto close properly.
Poor wifi. Renovation work with mo communication making it sound during the day. Elevator outage causing someone like myself with difficulties walking issues.

Room facility was OK as it was expected, staff was friendly. Location was good for theme parks. We could not use pool because of weather conditions but it seemed OK
Breakfast content was not great but OK. But the restaurant space is VERY inadequate. The facility maybe have more than 200 suites but inside restaurant capacity is less than 50 people. We had to waive breakfast that we paid couple of times because there were no space to sit...

Overall the property was fine. The pool area looked nice-it was too cold to be outside.
I wasn’t aware that the rooms had outside entrances-I don’t normally stay at properties with those but it was fine. The carpet was stained in my room and the tv in the bedroom didn’t work.

Location
The lobby door was broken, the elevators were also broken down for two days. Our front room heater was broken, and the breakfast buffet area was inadequate to accommodate the crowd no tables or chairs. On top of that a staff member directed guests to remain in the enclosed area refusing requests to use the lobby or take food to the room.
We choose Staybridge whenever possible but this location needs to be closed or repaired.

The property is fairly close to the entrance of Disney. There were also several restaurants nearby primarily fast food.
The property is close to some businesses that attract worrisome clientele. It felt unsafe at times, especially at night. The property itself is very rundown with broken glass and unkept paint, walls, windows, floors, doors with cracks. When we walked into the room for the first time, the smell was so bad of dirty carpet and cigarette smoke and not sure what else contributed, but we had to bring in cleaning products to clean the room ourselves and four different kinds of air fresheners to try to be able to be in the room without gagging from the smell. The rooms had their own AC/heat units, one of which worked correctly, two of which did not. The carpet was very dirty and ripped. There was little to no lighting in the room. Had a very dingy feel about it even with all the lights on it was still dark. The outside of the property was also not kept up very well. The pictures on booking definitely do not portray what it really looks like.

Included breakfast was great as it allowed us to avoid the inconvenience of having to find another place to eat. Room was big, quiet and clean.

I love the space in the room” it was far best place I stayed all year and the beds were so so comfortable as soon as I lay down I was sleep no tossing turning” my favorite part is the extra room with doors did have to listen to husband soring he was able to sleep In other room and I did even have to ask for extra pillows

It was close to my destination
Upon my late arrival the lock to the door was not charged or operating (something a manager should had seen if they actually signed off on the room being cleaned) and with a 9month old baby I had to travel up and down 5 flights of stairs in an elevator with no AC in the middle of summer - that is located outside the building…. 3 times only to find they have to now assign myself a new room. No luggage carts were available they told me I was SOL, couldn’t even go the extra mile and help me with my luggage since I was actually waiting for my husband to arrive later that night I was alone. The breakfast included in the rate was so highly processed, I checked in to a Ramada the next weekend and paid $15 for breakfast -which is less than the price of Staybridge- and it was a lot better quality, and more variety. My stay at the Ramada was cheaper and the facility was old and in need of repair, but the way the staff treated myself and my daughter when I arrived made that short stay worth it.
The staff at Staybridge only go as far as the bare minimum, if that, they follow a check list and that’s it. I purchased this room in advance as I do with all my bookings, I was asked to provide a credit authorization form at check in but was never told before my arrival (I had called the location 4 or 5 times during that week in order to set up request and logistics for my arrival). I was also told that the card I was providing was not my card (it is) because the manager apparently knows my bank account more than I do. Even after showing the front desk my and my husbands joint account on the website of our bank with BOTH of our names on it, I was still halted at check in for this form which was to authorize $36.
