It was close to my destination
Upon my late arrival the lock to the door was not charged or operating (something a manager should had seen if they actually signed off on the room being cleaned) and with a 9month old baby I had to travel up and down 5 flights of stairs in an elevator with no AC in the middle of summer - that is located outside the building…. 3 times only to find they have to now assign myself a new room. No luggage carts were available they told me I was SOL, couldn’t even go the extra mile and help me with my luggage since I was actually waiting for my husband to arrive later that night I was alone. The breakfast included in the rate was so highly processed, I checked in to a Ramada the next weekend and paid $15 for breakfast -which is less than the price of Staybridge- and it was a lot better quality, and more variety. My stay at the Ramada was cheaper and the facility was old and in need of repair, but the way the staff treated myself and my daughter when I arrived made that short stay worth it.
The staff at Staybridge only go as far as the bare minimum, if that, they follow a check list and that’s it. I purchased this room in advance as I do with all my bookings, I was asked to provide a credit authorization form at check in but was never told before my arrival (I had called the location 4 or 5 times during that week in order to set up request and logistics for my arrival). I was also told that the card I was providing was not my card (it is) because the manager apparently knows my bank account more than I do. Even after showing the front desk my and my husbands joint account on the website of our bank with BOTH of our names on it, I was still halted at check in for this form which was to authorize $36.

This property was beautiful and I loved the location. It was close to the Disney park, World Food Trucks, and Old Towne. I also loved that it was pet friendly. The staff were so kind and helpful whenever we needed them.
The only issue I had was that there was water on the ground outside the rooms.

The hours at the bar/restaurant were terrible. Should definitely offer drinks and snacks during the day, every day. The bathrooms were a little rusty and could use some refreshing

The location is nearby
Disney. Have a wonderful week with the family. The pool and pool bar were the best. The breakfast is good as well.
When you call the front desk, no one answer it took long. Due to fact that fire when off at 6 am two days straight. Also, I only called once for no service due to the fact that I was going to stay in room the whole day. Then the last two days they were not providing this service. The only little things are details that the shower curtain was a little already run down or destroyed, and bedsheet had little holes in them, but everything else was good.

I picked this place because I have stayed in this hotel in other cities and loved it, but this is not your typical Staybridge Suites Hotel. The place looks like low rated motel that was converted into a Staybridge. Nothing like the pictures they have online. The place is old, dirty and the breakfast is horrible. I will never stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Perfect for a short stay. We stayed here for one night before heading to Disney. The room was very spacious and clean. Bedrooms were spacious and modern. Living room slightly outdated. Overall a perfect stay. And a big plus; Breakfast included with hot and cold options.

The location was perfect, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained.
The breakfast could definitely be better. The food options were limited and the dining area was too small for the number of guests there wasn’t enough seating, which made it a bit stressful.

Hotel could do with some sprousing up, but it did not detract from our overall enjoyment. I think the hotel is good value for money and I would defintely return
Note the shuttle collects once per day at specific times (to and from theme parks), makes stops at serveral resorts and currently only goes to Hollywood for Disney. If the times dont suit you, you will need to make your own way.
Breakfast unfortunately offers mostly highly processed foods and as others have said its a small dining space so you may not always get a seat and they dont allow food to be taken back to the room.
The washing machines need to be cleaned by housekeep once a week please - we wiped thick black slime from the drum tubing and found coins, plastic bags and other bits and pieces caught in there.
The knives in our room were blunt and there cld have been a few more crockery dishes for those doing self-catering.
