Disappointing
Rooms have really comfortable beds and you can fit a lot of people if needed. Free breakfast too.
Pool water was gross and freezing cold. Free shuttle to parks was very misleading- only runs a few times and it visits several other hotel locations and wasn’t on time so ended up taking over an hour to get to park. Due to lack of departure and pick up times we needed to uber every day both ways.

Spacious room. 2 br 2 bath suite with king room and 2 queen room with living area and kitchen at a great price. Location was a short and inexpensive Uber to parks and Disney Sorings.

The room seems like it needed updating/fixing. I was completely shocked to see that I had to pay $10.75 for parking and it was literally just in their parking lot....not gates, no garage...seems like a scam!

Excellent location & close to Old Town. Friendly staff & restaurants within walking distance.
Breakfast room far too small for number of rooms, no matter what time you arrived. . A grab & go continental breakfast may be an option, as taking the current breakfast food back to your room was not allowed

Headline: A Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Hygiene Issues
My stay at this property was far below expectations, especially considering the duration of 21 nights. I would not recommend this hotel for the following reasons:
Pest Issues: The hotel has a serious pest problem. We encountered insects throughout the property, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone an IHG brand.
Poor Housekeeping: The room service and cleaning were not up to standard. The rooms were not cleaned properly or regularly during our stay.
Lack of Basic Services: There is no assistance with luggage/bags upon arrival or departure. You are essentially on your own.
Zero Convenience: Even for basic requests like tea, we were told we had to go down to the lobby ourselves to get it. There is a complete lack of hospitality and effort to assist guests.
Overall, it was a very poor experience. The management needs to seriously look into their hygiene standards and staff training.
