Upon arriving at the hotel on Saturday, February 21, 2026, the receptionist gave us our room. When we opened the door, we had to run out. The smell was awful; it smelled like cat urine everywhere, inside and outside the room. We complained at reception, and they showed us another room, which was filthy. There were stains on the carpet, the chair inside the room was dirty and faded, and the carpet in the hallway leading to the room was covered in dirt and stains. It was disgusting to be there, so we decided we didn't want to stay and that we would look for another hotel that was clean. They told us the room was non-refundable. We called Booking.com, and they told us that if the hotel didn't want to refund our money, then they couldn't. So the hotel kept our money. They are thieves and scammers.
The rooms were disgusting, they smelled like cat urine, the carpets were stained, and the sofas were dirty and stained.

The room was infested with roaches. Woke up in the middle of the night to find a roach crawling on my phone in the night stand. Three roaches on the desk. There was a dead corpse of a lizard. The water from the shower and sink had a huge smell of chlorine. The room had the worst smell of humidity. Overall DO NOT stay here.

We have been there couple time but this time was terrible
It waas not water early and then when finally we got water it was cold water cold shower
And now they are not offering breakfast like used to be.
No hot eggs no sausages
And the wors thing is I have booked already for July 4 and 5

Our room had a terrible smell inside. We had a bug in the bed and hair in the sink and the carpet is nasty. Made sure we wore our shoes.
