Location is in town/right off the main road yet the noise level from traffic was nonexistent. Free onsite parking and free breakfast. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
Damage deposit of $100. Yes, I was aware of this from the beginning but seems a little excessive. If you want breakfast, get there early as we checked out around 8 a.m. and the lobby was packed with guest.

There is no Handicap ramp on the side entrance for the rooms.

The hotel is clean, well kept and in a prime location for access to the disney parks (~10 min drive). The staff (particularly those working at breakfast) are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are also an excellent size, well kept and have very comfortable beds. For the price, its a very good hotel!
The shuttles run at really inconvenient times i.e., for Disney its 10am to Epcot (even though Animal kingdom is open at 7:30am) and are usually very full - we had to stand on the coach and were told by other guests it took them 3 hours to get back from Universal Studios the day before, so we only ever used it once and paid for ubers the rest of the trip which added significant costs to our holiday.
Unless you are attending breakfast at 6:30-7:00am, expect it to be extremely busy and there were days where we could not sit down so missed breakfast multiple times and ended up buying it in the parks, again adding extra costs.

I liked the hotel location is near the parks and they have a shuttle stop in front of the hotel to go to the parks. At the moment of my check out, I didn’t realize I forgot my wedding ring in the room, the cleaning lady was super fast to get my ring to the lobby before my checkout. I really appreciated that! Thank you so much for that cleaning lady that she saved my day and the staff! ❤️

It was close to shops and Disney theme parks
The TVs were old style cable and not smart TVS. I couldn’t enjoy my favorite programs I watch on peacock TV.Adults smoking by the pool where they could see kids swimming and breathing in their cigarettes. I should t have to deal with this . The breakfast could do with more varieties such as grilled tomatoes. Mushrooms etc. The sausages were too salty. There could also be like a fruit cocktail display to choose from

Very close to the parks!, updated, clean, great room service.
The shuttle could be more available, the times are a little restrictive so we ended up paying for parking at the park to fit our schedule. The breakfast could have a little more options it was congested.
