Location to Disney Parks and shopping.
Bugs. Ants in the bath area. A large roach at bedside when I woke up. Gross!! Uncomfortable creaky beds. Every toss and turn the bed creaked loud enough to wake the other person in the adjacent bed.

Breakfast was great, good variety, not crowded, and the service was excellent. The room was clean, the TV worked well, and the bathroom was clean enough for a comfortable stay.
The elevator was out of service during our stay, but it didn’t cause any inconvenience for us.

It seemed clean. The people at the desk were noce and helpful.
Could not find the ice machine even with directions on the paper given at check in. Trim in bath room was tore up, looked like an animal was gnawing on it. Shower curtain kept sliding so floor got soaked. Fridge wasn’t very cold. Outside seemed run down.

the hotel is old. not as clean as i expected it would be. the carpet had bad smell so was the room.

There was no refrigerator in the room. The elevator did not work. You were not allowed to take your breakfast to your room. You had to eat in the dining area.

Staff was friendly and kind. Room was clean and comfortable
The transportation from the Disney park back to the hotel wasn’t pleasant. The driver was driving side to side, he never said hello just asked what hotel he was dropping us off at, and he seemed to have a hard time driving the vehicle.
