Bed was mostly comfortable
The pictures did not look anything like what the actual hotel and rooms looked like.
It was more of a motel than anything. The elevator didn’t work and we were on second floor. The rooms were so outdated and dirty. The shower curtain rod was falling off and the shower curtain just slid to the middle of the rod. Water went everywhere when we
showered. The location was not good. Would not stay here again.

Location is good, good breakfast and stuff are nice.
I'm not sure why, but I was placed in an accessible room. Since it was very late when I checked in, I didn't request a room change. Unfortunately, the bathroom design caused some issues—because there’s no bathtub or glass shower door (understandably, due to accessibility), water spread all over the floor after I showered. The curtain is too short to contain it, and there’s nothing in place to prevent flooding, which made the floor completely wet.
To be honest, I didn’t feel safe staying alone in the room overnight. On top of that, I woke up with multiple bug bites and ended up killing three mosquitoes during the night.

location was perfect , room was clean and better than expected- except from the bathtub/shower
We met at very nice lady, Mary- she drives the shuttle to the mall. She was so friendly, you should hire this lady to work in the reception.
breakfast, no friendly staff (reception) except one lady, the elevator didn't work, the breakfast area is small, they confirmed that we would get a room on 2 floor poolside- we got a room on the other side of the motel- complained and got a room on 3 floor/ facing parking.
They provided you with towels by the pool, but they are really small (and we are not big people)

Great location…close to Disney Parks and other attractions…restaurants and food places are also close to the motel…
Housekeeping was the best part of the motel…
Front desk lady was very rude..she was not friendly at all…
Room was very dark. Not enough light…beds were not comfortable…very high…we had baby…
