The food, housekeeping, and customer service people were very atentive and dedicated to giving us the best experience.
I didn't like that the elevator was not in service due to scheduled preventive maintenance.

For the price, it was okay. Breakfast was good and convenient for heading out to WDW early. Staff were friendly and the room got cleaned each day. It was nice to come back after a long day at Disney to a fresh room.
Bathroom in the room was less convenient. Only shower and toilet were enclosed so whoever got up first in the morning woke up everyone else trying to get ready. Room felt pretty cramped with big sink area in it.

Very clean and friendly staff! Breakfast was great before heading to the parks! Great location super close to the Disney parks!!
Bed could be more comfortable but overall for the price it was a good stay!

The woman at the desk did not care that I was approved to get in my room at 1 she said the computers were down and surprising they were working at 3,normal check-in.She was very rude and we had to wait 2hrs to get into our room after driving 20 hrs.

The ladies that did the daily free breakfast were very attentive and nice. They kept that area running and clean.
The grounds weren't as nice as the photos portrayed.. but was decent enough for the short stay. Seemed to have random local people hanging around the outside that walked the streets.

The breakfast, staff- Isabella and the cleanliness made this visit a pleasant experience for my family and I.
Isabella checked this in and from that point on. We had such a great experience. The room was clean and did not smell. I was able to walk to a giftshop and gas station for snacks. The breakfast was also nicer than i expected.

Breakfast had a good variety of fresh food such as bagels, pastries, muffins, eggs, sausage, make your own waffles & fruit.
Location was as close as you can get to Animal Kingdom & the other Disney parks.
I'm short & the bed was a little high for me but totally comfortable once I climbed on top!
I would have liked a cushioned chair or lounge chair to watch TV instead of pillows on the bed.
