I loved the free breakfast and free parking. That is a huge bonus when on vacation! The staff is extremely friendly as well!

Antonio Rijo make everything easier and more pleasant, he is an excellent person to be dealing with customers ?.
I will recommend him for anything.
The rooms floor need more attention and the AC need more attention, they are too noisy. Some times they keep you awake because the noise being too loud.

The rooms were nice, HOWEVER! After getting there at midnight, we were tired and it was only for 1 night. The room smelled so bad of mildew I could hardly stand it. We used the tub the shower at night and in the morning. At night it was stopped up so bad it filled halfway up with water from a quick shower. In the morning, it was backing up but this time it flooded/leaked under the wall! The floor was practically floating under the bed! I told the person at the desk when I was checking out, they wrote it down but seemed kind of upset towards me rather than apologetic. You get what you pay for it's cheap for a reason. The location and price is definitely the best part of this place.

Room stinks im.not sure what the smell.is if its cleaning supplies, mold, mildew, pool chemicals but its bothersom. Great experience otherwise very clean and welcoming

The ambiance of the hotel, Leticia (house-keeping), did a stellar job in the room.The breakfast menu was great.Awesome Front Desk, I will be coming back soon.

Staff are courteous and knowledgeable when asking questions. Location is perfect with a variety of affordable restaurants and very close to all disney parks (we used ride share very affordable as well from this hotel to all disney parks). There is also a walmart within walking distance that's very helpful. Breakfast area has several food options to choose from and plenty of room to dine. The pool area is clean and nice and never crowded with lounge chairs around the pool. The larger suites are very spacious and the smaller rooms are cozy and clean. Water pressure in shower was great with lots of warm water. Air conditioner worked consistently our entire stay and kept the room very cool and comfortable.
The shuttle service was to disney epcot only and left at 10am witch was way too late for us to utilize with our park plans. Went with a ride share instead. Wish they had shuttle service to Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Studios instead. Wish they had fans in the bathroom of the room zero air circulation.
