the cooked breakfast was inedible. the place is old and tired. I didn't see any bugs, other reviewers said they did, and the thought creeped me out.

Room was clean, we were put in a quiet wing of the hotel which was nice. The included breakfast was also a nice perk. Very centrally located to all the disney parks and plenty of dining options right on 192.
The water pressure of the shower was my only complaint, it was very weak.

Location and housekeeping were wonderful.
The Check-in process was poorly designed. It is the most inefficient way to get checked in. The lobby was full of people waiting for their rooms to be cleaned so they could finish their registration. The room had not been updated in a very long time. The iron wasn’t working. The sockets were practically falling off the walls. Check out time is 11, breakfast ends at 10, our keys were disabled at 10.

Mr Andrew was pleasant and welcoming
It was NOT clean at all!! Hair in the bathroom floor, walls and shower. Little bugs crawling all over the sinks and night stands. Check in took about 30min if not more because the system wasn't working on either computer. Very disappointed overall

Ac can be set to run the fan all the time, shower was good, room was a decent size,bed was confortable.
The bed conforter and cover was not washed, smelled like the previous guest.

No elevator, rude staff and the shuttle doesn’t go to all the parks like it promotes.
