Check-in was efficient and business-like. Check-out was quick and friendly. Room was ready when we arrived, clean and well-stocked. On-property breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying. Location close to Disney parks (about a ten-minute drive to Magic Kingdom and Epcot parking lots) helped us to get where we wanted to go, at a far lower price than Disney-property hotels.
Some traffic noise was audible during the night inside the room, even though it was located at the rear of the property and not on the "main drag," but that's probably inevitable in a busy tourist corridor such as this one, and I can't see that there is anything that the hotel itself would be able to do about it. I would call it a minor issue, and it wouldn't keep me from staying here again.

It’s close to Disney and Universal
The staff were very very rude and unaccommodating - on both shifts (morning and late night) the front desk guys were really not accommodating at all and definitely disappointing. Also I asked via booking.com if we can store our luggage while waiting for the room and they did say we can but upon arriving, we were told there’s a fee and it’s $5 per bag, totally a scam!
