The cleanliness ( or lack of), the state of the facilities i.e door seal didn’t close properly, bathtub and shower were in need of a renovation.

The water pressure was always good and always HOT. Loved that we didn’t have to rush through showers for the next person. Location was wonderful. Few minutes from parks and tons of restaurants nearby.
Could have used clean towels more but that’s kind of our fault. We leave the do not disturb sign on door when we’re not there.

Breakfast was ok nothing too fancy but filling. Room is ok but food area is cramped. Coffee not the best but ok it was nice to get breakfast there.
Some fresher choices like fruit salad. Better coffee. A larger serving area. Overall was fine for the price. Building is motel style with outdoor corridors and windows facing parking lot.

Nothing!
The room was disgusting, ants in the bed and hair in the bathroom sink. The air fresher was so strong to cover the smell of mildew that it hurt my chest to breathe. I did not stay I checked right back out. This is not a 3 star it’s barely a one star hotel
