Quality Inn & Suites Kissimmee by the Lake is conveniently located on W. Irlo Bronson Mem Hwy, right next to Mile Marker 4. Featuring a year-round outdoor pool, as well as free scheduled transportation Disney World. Disney's Hollywood Studios is 4.3 km away. Each room is fitted with a 40-inch flat-screen TV with cable channels. Certain units include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Beds at this Quality Inn & Suites feature pillow top mattresses. Views of the lake, pool or garden are featured in certain rooms. Rooms have a private bathroom. For your comfort, the bathroom features free toiletries, a hairdryer, and curved shower rods. In addition to free Wi-Fi, you will find free shuttle service to Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. Free local calls and a wake-up service is also offered. Disney's Boardwalk 5 km from Quality Inn & Suites Disney, while Epcot is 6 km from the property. The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport, 30 km from the property. Minimum age to check-in is 18. We offer Housekeeping service after the 3rd night. Quality Inn & Suites accepts mail and packages sent on behalf of guests, for an additional cost. A major credit/debit card is required for all bookings. We reserve the right to authorize your card for a minimum of 1-night room & tax. Should for any reason the card you provided to reserve your room declines to authorize for 1 night's stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation once the cancellation deadline has passed. A credit/debit card is required for all reservations, for a security deposit of 100.00 USD will be collected at check-in. It can take up to 30 days for the authorization to release, depending on your bank institute. Discount Tickets are available in the lobby. Breakfast Hours as of Sept. 8, 2025 are as follows: Monday - Friday 6am-9am. Saturday - Sunday 7am-10am. Unfortunately, our outdoor pool is NO LONGER HEATED.

Nothing!
The room was disgusting, ants in the bed and hair in the bathroom sink. The air fresher was so strong to cover the smell of mildew that it hurt my chest to breathe. I did not stay I checked right back out. This is not a 3 star it’s barely a one star hotel

Price is great. Room was clean. Mopped sidewalk. Parking. Safe area. Breakfast was cooked, not a cheap continental style. Staff were friendly. Deposit of $100 was great. After arrival, they didn’t try to add additional fees like a lot of hotel chains do.
Breakfast hours 6-9 M-F, 7-10 weekends. Brunch hours would be nice or at least Start an hour later, end an hour later. Double beds are actually a full size mattress and not queen size even though I called to ask if they were.

Wonderful
I like that it was easy to get there (I went by car), and it was clean (room and bathroom, Also, the towels were clean) and comfortable (nice bed and the room had AC and cable). The breakfast was very good. It have different options, like eggs, waffles, coffee, tea, cereal, muffins, etc. I will recommend it!
Nothing, I had a good experience. Please don't race the price.

The location...it's quiet...nearby the airport and stores.. Also the breakfast is good. The place is more modern compare to other Quality Inn that I have been in the past

nothing fancy, but the room was clean and beds comfortable. buffet breakfast was good! coffee hot and O.J. was delicious
towels were old/worn. no paper towels in kitchen and no lids for cups.

The hotel was really good. You could walk to food restaurant to eat.
I left before the day of chekout and they told me not refund for the day I have to go before because we were so far from my friends. I think they coul give me a half refund or something else because i am client .

Wonderful
Comfortable, convenient and great price. You get what you pay for. We also liked the shuttle to the parks.
I would prefer it cleaner and more protein in the breakfast, but it was not bad at all.

Breakfast was good. Biscuits and bra y were very good
room service didn't come every 3 days. When they did show up it was usually at 3:30pm or later.
