Quality Inn & Suites Kissimmee by the Lake is conveniently located on W. Irlo Bronson Mem Hwy, right next to Mile Marker 4. Featuring a year-round outdoor pool, as well as free scheduled transportation Disney World. Disney's Hollywood Studios is 4.3 km away. Each room is fitted with a 40-inch flat-screen TV with cable channels. Certain units include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Beds at this Quality Inn & Suites feature pillow top mattresses. Views of the lake, pool or garden are featured in certain rooms. Rooms have a private bathroom. For your comfort, the bathroom features free toiletries, a hairdryer, and curved shower rods. In addition to free Wi-Fi, you will find free shuttle service to Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. Free local calls and a wake-up service is also offered. Disney's Boardwalk 5 km from Quality Inn & Suites Disney, while Epcot is 6 km from the property. The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport, 30 km from the property. Minimum age to check-in is 18. We offer Housekeeping service every three (3) days. Quality Inn & Suites accepts mail and packages sent on behalf of guests, for an additional cost. A major credit/debit card is required for all bookings. We reserve the right to authorize your card for a minimum of 1-night room & tax. Should for any reason the card you provided to reserve your room declines to authorize for 1 night's stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation once the cancellation deadline has passed. A credit/debit card is required for all reservations, for a security deposit of 100.00 USD will be collected at check-in. Place was disgustingly dirty floors were wet and had a fan in it to dry them but left it in the room shower didn’t work a/c came one every 30 seconds and sounded like a Mac truck driving through the room

The mattress was very comfortable, so had a good nights sleep, the location is close to lots of different restaurants.
Decor felt a little dated in the room. One of the bulbs was out in a lamp, so I let the hotel know when we were checking out.

Overall, we had a good stay. Check-in was seamless. We were assigned a ground floor room. However, we were upgraded to the 3rd floor on day 2. The breakfast selection is standard but good value. The staff are very courteous. Check out was a breeze.
We checked in on Sunday 20th and did not receive housekeeping service until Friday 25th. That was disappointing, especially since I clarified on Wednesday 23rd and Thursday 23rd that we would receive service. The $5 USD surcharge for receiving packages on guests' behalf is exorbitant. There were no quarters available to facilitate the use of the on site laundry services.

Disappointing
We liked that there was a pool and that there were a decent amount of stores near the hotel.
We did not like that there closest beach was over an hour away, there was a roach in the room, and during our stay someone walked into our room while we were here. We did have a do not disturb sign on the door and they came right in while I was in the shower and my children were in the living room. We also did not like that when I called the front desk about someone walking into our room, the lady lady kept hanging up on me. I called 4 times. Each time she told me to hang on and she hung up the phone.

We stayed in a private suite with 3 beds as a family of 5. It was a large room and has a lot of space for the kids to play and run around.
Might need some upgrade but can be expected with how affordable the place is.

Nice pool, clean rooms, value for money up until checkout
I was blamed for a faulty TV so I lost my deposit. The Tv was old and worn down but since everything else was of same quality I didn’t think much about it. But during checkout they withheld my deposit and claimed it was my fault.

The location is perfect for easy access to Disney World. The Hotel had an Amazing pool and a decent breakfast in the morning.
They charged me for my room that was already prepaid. There was a lot of noise in the parking lot late at night, including fireworks on the fourth of July that lasted late into the night.

Clean room, no bugs. Lots of hot water. Nice area to take a walk felt really safe in the area. Disney traffic is horrible but there is a back road behind hotel that can lead you to the Disney area without all the traffic headaches.
The breakfast area is way to small. Room is a little on the small side compared to the quilty inn we stayed in at Gatlinburg last year. need shade for the smoking area around back that area is in the sun all day had to walk around to the pool smoking area the get out of the sun. Vending machine prices are a joke 3.00 for a reg size candy bar.
