The location is convenient, within 10-20 mins from parks.
It was dirty. Look like they don’t even wash the sheets or vacuum the floors.

There were bugs and roaches in our room, the room wasn’t clean when we got there, we had no hot water for over 24hours

Coffee freely available.
Bad breakfast. Every day is the same; no variety at all. The room smells mold and the AC is very noisy. Cleaning is also bad, the toilet had hair, and the bathtub was not properly clean. Also, I was concerned about security. Anyone can come to your room as the rooms are part of the lobby, so no one is checking who is in the property.

The breakfast was great and my family and I really enjoyed the pool. The property was very quiet during the night hours. I also felt really safe knowing that surveillance cameras were on the property.

Location was about 20 minutes from Universal Studios. Great price, clean rooms, breakfast included.

Good location close to the theme parks, but only if you want to share your room with ROACHES!
There were ROACHES in my upstairs room!!! When I walked in late one night and flipped the lights on, an entire colony scattered. It totally grossed me out knowing I had stayed two nights with that! SO GROSS!!!! Front desk would not refund anything because it was a third party pre-booked stay. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
