This was our 3rd or 4th stay here. The only complaint I have is the pushy sales rep trying to get us to do a time share presentation. I did not appreciate being text multiple times about it, or having to hear her spill to get my parking pass.

The staff was excellent. The pool facilities were good, plenty of sun loungers, tables, chairs and shaded areas. The grounds were very well kept.
The room had no USB outlets, therefore a travel adapter is essential. The corridors to the rooms could have been better kept, required washing and brushing. The pool was very noisy, especially late at night, our room faced onto the pool and residents, on several occasions, were very loud.

Room was very spacious and clean. Furnishings were great; we had dishes and everything needed to prepare our own meals. All the amenities were outside , which was okay when it wasn't too hot. Grounds were beautiful.

The size of the room and the equipment are fantastic. The cost benefit is incredible and people are also really kind. I really recommed this place and, when I come back to Orlando, I will be there.
Lighting in one room and cleaning could be better but nothing to really cares.

Stayed for a week, until 28/05/2025.
From arrival this was a promising place, first and not least because of the friendly security staff (Esther especially, a legend and a legendary talker. What a gem!) and excellent staff in reception, to our pleasant shock at how much better than we expected was the suite, to the squeaky - clean bathrooms, surfaces and linen (thank you Michael Shannon who looked after our block), the excellent pools and spas (busy, hard-working ground staff but always ready to acknowledge one with a smile and a greeting) and the great location, this was our #1 ranked hotel stay of 36 years of marriage.
I see no room for improvement, this place is nearer perfect than any place I have stayed at before.

Everything was wonderful and certainly somewhere I would stay again and recommend to friends and family.
The only downside that I did not realize was there is no elevator and we were put in a top floor room so the stairs to get up and down especially when you have to carry luggage or groceries was treacherous. I don’t consider myself handicap but my back is not good so I recommend putting in for ADA accessible if you have any health reasons so you can be on the first floor.
