Everything was good except being located on the 3rd floor.
My wife and I are seniors, and we had to settle for the 3rd floor because I was told there were no other rooms available. So that was a little challenging being 70 years of age.

I like everything about this place. The location, the resort and especially the people who work there. I'd like to thank the reception personal Freddy and Carlos, the cleaning crew throughout the property that doesn't hesitate to answer questions when you need information. including the gate security guard that opened our door to let us in after we locked ourselves out of the room. Everyone here makes you feel right at home. Very attentive, welcoming and just a great group of people. Can't wait to stay again.
