We loved the location! Close to Disney! Can’t comment on the pool but the room was huge. Ac only went to 70 degrees but it was cold. Couldn’t get the fan in the bedroom to work. Bathrooms were nice. Plenty of space for a family of 4. People at the front desk were super nice. Everything was clean.
Only thing really was the parking permit was in a different area than check in and was asked about going see a time share…I think that’s what it was. But they weren’t super pushy.

The suite was very large. It had 2 bed/2 bath with full kitchen, dining and living room and laundry in the unit. The staff were friendly and did seem to care to keep up the place. The room had partial updates with new appliances and furniture. There were all the soaps and towels etc you could need. They offer some fun things like little scavenger hunts for kids and a pool (we didn't use these but they do offer them.) It is pretty close to Disney, which is why we stayed there.
The unit was dated and had lots of beige. The carpet was old and and the lighting was too dark for me even with all the lights on. The property was clearly a condo complex that had been purchased and made into a hotel complex (which is fine but the buildings were a bit stark.) There were some housekeeping errors. The housekeeper accidentally left a random bottle of body wash on the kitchen counter and a utensil wrapper in the kids room, as well as a dirty dish mixed in with the cleans.
As a side note to this, I used Booking.com to book my stay and accidentally booked an extra night here. I went to the front desk to ask for assistance in reducing my stay/bill and they said they had no way to modify it since I used this platform to arrange my stay. I reached out 2x to Booking.com to see if it was possible to reduce the booking and they didn't even get back to me. I do understand that there are such things as non-refundable bookings, but the lack of care or even a response says a lot. I will be sure to NOT use Booking.com the future, and just use the direct booking options with hotels so that I don't run into this again.

Loved the full size kitchen, and large bathrooms and comfy beds! Felt very safe as well.
Pool was over chlorinated and slightly burned my eyes. Also no elevators to top floor rooms.

The 2/2 condo I was in was very spacious and truly has all the amenities - full kitchen, full dining, plenty of seating and bed space, closets, ironing and washer-dryer machine, dishwasher and even an ice maker. Bathrooms come with lotion, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, a hair blow dryer, night light, extra towels and wash cloths, bar soap for hand washing, etc.
I loved the patio with the fan and outdoor seats and table, it was screened in which kept out bugs and faced the 'forest-y' back area of the property which was pleasant to sit on and view in the evening. The kitchen appliances were all nice and clean and there was dish soap and a drying rack, as well as a standard assortment of cooking tools (blender, coffee machine, etc), silverware, and drying rack. There is bar seating and dining room seating.
The beds are made nicely and have extra sheets, the pillows were clean.
All of the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. I tried all 3 mattresses, just in case, and they were all uncomfortable. I've had all types of mattresses throughout my life: springs, foam, gel, hybrids, wrapped coils, etc. and I've never experienced a "broken" bed. I don't know any other way to describe these mattresses other than broke. They look so inviting but as soon as you sit on the mattress, it collapses like a cardboard box beneath you. The main bedroom mattress was acceptable if you slept across it lengthwise instead of the usual up and down direction with the headboard/footboard. Unfortunately, you don't have the option to sleep like that on a single angle bed, which is what the other two mattresses are.
I'd only come back if they updated the mattresses, even though everything else was grade A great, because ultimately having a good enough sleep is just as important as cleanliness and amenities and since all 3 mattresses were broken, that leads me to believe all the other room mattresses are in the same condition.

For a large room with the capacity for an entire family at that price it’s amazing. Came 1 day early and the resort we usually stay at was a booked up so only stayed 1 night.
Beds a lil better. Would be nice to have elevators. Again for the money it’s amazing. Kids had fun and we got to go a day early so we were happy.
