The hotel was dated, but it was cleaned and its staff was very friendly. My room was cleaned everyday without calling the front desk. It is close to restaurants and pharmacies. It is close to Disney, but 30 minutes far to Universal Studios. Specially if you are driving during rush hour.
It wasn’t close to Universal Studios which was the park I visited. Also, the bed wasn’t comfortable and the A/C was noisy.

Good location close to the parks, and Disney Springs
Our room had a roach in it and a wasp, the AC was really loud so we had to be moved to another room, they let anybody in the pools, even if you’re not staying at the hotel, which attracted a lot of very sketchy people, which caused the hotel to not be a good and safe place for children, the Starbucks in there was horrible, the workers that worked there were rude and completely unprofessional.

I love the convenience. I love that there is two restaurants and a convenient store within the facility.
The only thing I would say negatively would be the shower drain wasn’t connected and the furniture seems a little bit older , but I did feel clean

It was close to the Disney Parks.
The room smelled like mildew, there was water on the carpet from the AC unit. Water would be all over the floor after a shower. And the carpet was gross. Staff told me prices on drinks and other items were incorrect and charged a dollar or more per item.

The location. The only good part was the front desk personnel, and the breakfast attendants Viviana and Daniela. They were awesome! The breakfast was tasty too.
Lack of cleanliness, broken door, elevator felt like it was going to fall, broken tv, fridge, and soap and lotion dispensers. Not able to stream with the tv. No free breakfast. Pool area being too small and overcrowded. Having the feeling of being in a cheap motel when it supposed to be a resort. The housekeeping staff forgot our complimentary water on our third day and waking us up twice when our check out was at 2pm.

Huge room, amazing location, reasonable price stayed for 11 nights and used as a base to sleep, hotel is fantastic, used the pool and it was fantastic with the hot tub, if your looking for accommodation stay here you won’t regret it, 1/3 of the price to stay at Disney and room is huge, oh and a Starbucks on site, what’s not to love, will definitely stay here again, AMAZING 10/10 ,

We absolutely loved everything about it! The location to parks is great, the pool was wonderful. Great drinks and staff! Bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. We were very sad to leave!
The parking lot around North tower is a little dark at night. I couldn't even see my car a few nights.

It was convenient and only a few mins from Disney property! I loved that we had shampoo and conditioners and body wash in the hotel, and it was a good quality shampoo! It was great! We had great customer service! Donnavan was fantastic and made our trip so much more “magical” for our littles and me!
Nothing, besides our A/C wasn’t the BEST. But it was still functional!
