I had a 7 hour flight delay and the front desk clerk who i spoke with was so helpful when I called to see if I could add my daughter, who was coming with my 2 year old grandson to meet me, to my reservation. Extremely nice.

I like the room, it was comfortable! The food was horrible however, the customer service was excellent, my "White Russian" made by the bartender was excellent!

The location was the ONLY thing that I liked about the property
DISGUSTING!!! The room that I was given was absolutely disgusting! I asked the front desk multiple times to be moved to a clean room and I was constantly ignored. I explained to the staff several times how nasty the floors and room were and they didn’t even seem to care. I paid for 2 nights and ended up only staying one night because I just couldn’t take it how nasty the room was! This was the absolute WORST hotel I’ve EVER stayed at!

Disappointing
Room was very dirty. I called and asked for a crib the person told me they have cribs. When i checked into my room crib was not there had to call again and ask for one. Took 30 minutes to bring up after calling twice. Then it wasn’t even a crib!! It was a pack n play….. the room was very dirty..over all very disappointed.

We liked how close it was to Disney. We were just stopping quick before checking into our Disney hotel, and this location was perfect. As well it was very clean, and despite the busy area it was very quiet.
I didn’t stay long enough to really explore what I didn’t like about this hotel.

Loved that there is a a kid zone and so much to do
We ordered a large pizza and 4 drinks
It took almost 2 hours to receive our food. The pizza was prepared wrong THREE times. Staff did not seem to care that they had made a mistake 3 times in a row. It was brushed off as not a big deal.

Wonderful
Great value for money overall.Breakfast was nice and plenty of parking spot. Lot of nearby restaurent.
No issue there .Only small downside is the shuttle can get crowded and returns from Disney before the fireworks. We drove ourselves so it wasn’t a big issue, but adjusting this could really help other guests. THANK YOU !!

Very understanding, I had booked another hotel and they made a mistake, I explained the situation to the manager of this Holiday inn and she was GREAT! Made our trip better and got it back on track!!
The only thing was the AC but the manager gave us free breakfast for every day of our stay

The breakfast wasn't good. Very salty. When looking for a place to sit and eat tables weren't cleaned off. Had to sit in a resevered area wherr there was an event going on dye to not gaving seats avaliable to accommodate my family. The room that we stayed in the carpet was dirty, the chair that was at the desk was dirty and stained, the bathroom was only stocked with 1 toilet paper. My husband had to call for toilet paper after dinner and it wasn't brought to the room until the middle of the night. The molding in the room was coming off. I never received my welcome bag and out presentation to receive a free night at another time. Just very disappointed with the whole experience. We will NOT be booking with you when we come to floriday in August.

Wonderful
The pool area and game area for children was great. My daughter really enjoyed herself.
One of our days there we had to use bottled water to wash ourselves because of something with the water maintenance. The issue lasted most of the day.
