My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a receipt due to an overcharge, the girl reluctantly refunded part of the money with a bad attitude and even yelled at me.

Rooms are disgusting. Pool chairs and area over crowded with buffet items and not enough pool seating. Definitely not a resort.

The room was nice and it was close to where we needed to be for our adventures.
I called down four different times asking for housekeeping to bring us toilet paper and clean wash cloths and towels. The first time I called it was 3pm. I had to call four times. They did not arrive until almost 10pm. This is unsanitary.

The only thing I could say that was a little off about the hotel was that there is only one microwave for everyone to use in the hotel. There is not one in your room that was strange but other than that everything was great. The staff was great !!

It was nice that breakfast was included.
Front desk did not answer my calls for an after 9pm check-in. Lot of tour buses were staying here at the same time, so the elevator became a bottle neck. Ice machine was broken on our floor.

It was close enough to the parks. It is also very close to one of the best Indian restaurant I've ever had.
A bit outdated. The lobby area is mediocre. Concierge was non-existent during the morning hours. Breakfast was crazy expensive for what they serve.

Its location was adequate
Rooms were not ready on time . In fact it was 6 pm till the room was ready. Due to a fire in the hotel there were limited amenities . No attempt to resolve the concern was made

I could not get a response on my confirmation of hotel reservation, Loudness in the hallways until early morning. Staff was not courteous, very dismissive. FIRE IN THE BUILDING AT 2AM!! Had to evacuate in the rain!

Very clean festive atmosphere pool and Pizza Hut and bar
Staff can be downright rude. I was awakened with police like knocks on my door. Most of them dont know how abrupt and rude they are due to English as a second language. AC was eco friendly aka complicated. I became miserably hot to the point of illness

The location and the room was clean.
You can hear every noise from the hallway. People and house keeping talking to one another and knocking on doors. The beds were uncomfortable and very hard to find parking. The hotel resort fees are $25.50 each night.
