Location amenities were nice
The beds in the 2 guest rooms upstairs were very uncomfortable!!!! The twin beds felt like you were sleeping on a board.

It was a lot of space with it own private parking spot. Clubhouse was amazing. It was Halloween. They had a Halloween contest which my son participate in and won. The big pool was amazing. It was a big hit with my kids. Also, the movie theater and the arcade the location pretty good neighbors was nice the day I left a gentleman two doors down actually washed my truck for me. The maintenance was responsive with a problem. I would come back again, and bring more of my family. We love that they had a community trick-or-treat for everyone who was staying here and selective houses with balloons on the door. The house all and all was clean.
Well, we first got here and got into the place I had issues, there was MOLD/ MILDEW IS THE VENTS IN THE KITCHEN/ DINING AREA. I am allergic to mold and mildew we did call about the issue, but they said it was not able to be resolved until the next day. I was a little disappointed that I was having stay in the house with this issue having sleep apnea. First floor bed looks like have no boxspring so that beer was uncomfortable in the living room. The sofa needed to be changed due to it being sinking in and peeling also have stains. We went outside to go grill. There was no propane in the grill to be able to use. We also were from out of town and we did not know anything about the TV.

The space
The house wasn't clean, cup behind the chair, hair on the floor in 2 bedrooms. Also, we saw a few bugs at night crawling on the counter The furniture needs to be replaced.The mattress on the bed needs to be replease

I loved the location perfect for anyone in Florida looking for a STAYCATION there community pool was amazing plenty of room in BOTH hot tubs

It was a nice atmosphere we enjoyed the pool and grill right in the back yard it was a real family vibe
The fact that u can only have 2 cars
We work so I had my personal car there and my work car (cargo van,also nothing hooked up to it ) and my husband also had his work car (small pick up truck, no trailer or anything hooked up to it)and we literally had to get special permission from the club house staff and it just so happened one of the board chairmen was there and he totally said yes we could bring the cars onsite there is no reason why they should be penalized for trying to have fun with they’re family and can’t work
So that was real nice

The house is on an excellent location to get to Disney parks. Perhaps Universal is a little bit far, but reachable for sure.
The house was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay

The area. The house was very nice.
The communication. They was makn noise doing maintenance on house early in the morning. They walk right in the pool area with out no warning we was told to go inside cus they had wrk to do so i wasnt told about any of this going on. The beds are not comfortable. I step out the shower walked into the room on second floor it was a man in the window on a ladder doing maintenance. I come to Florida a few times a yr an this was the worst not to mention my mom had jus pass so we was there grieving as well..

Location was very good. The security at entrance was comforting. The Officers were friendly and professional. Club House staff were pleasant and helpful.
Kitchen was very nice.
I wished that some aspects of the house would have been in better condition. The carpet on the stairs and in other spaces were dirty and the walls in some areas needed cleaning. The front porch and garden needed cleaning and better maintenance. The garage bin was not clean.
Double bed upstairs was very uncomfortable. Mattress had no structure.
