The staff was kind and helpful. They gave us recommendations on where to go to dinner. The pillows were comfortable.
The whole room smelled so strongly of cleaner the entire time it gave me a headache. It was as slippery as an ice rink. The bathroom and shower were even worse than the main area. There was no soap in the shower soap dispenser. There was trash in the bathroom that was not ours. The pool was closed for maintenance. We did not get breakfast we were told there was no continental breakfast, however, it almost seemed like a miscommunication.

Very very clean, very nice .. plenty of room .. staff was nice and the lady at the front desk ask if we wanted a ground floor which we actually did because my husband had broken his back last year so steps would have been hard on him, but she asked us first about a ground floor .. the place was great and the price was perfect .. I would must definitely stay there again if I were in the area
I don't really drink coffee much but my husband didn't like the coffee that was in the room, other than that .. I have no complaints

It was quiet, clean, the pool was beautiful. The a/c worked great, the pillows were fluffy, the floor was clean.
The WiFi was uncooperative so I did not get to use the WiFi. I think they need an easier or more efficient solution for gaining access to the internet. I also wish the mini fridge had a freezer compartment

Great price. Easy drive to Disney World.
Floors looked clean but whatever is used to clean the floors didn't do its job. The bottom of my white socks were so black I just threw them away.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and not only is this a convenient location, the rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The price is worth it. I would recommend this place.

Friendly staff that fixed the problems we had. Excellent location. Large room with good work surfaces.
No wifi for the first 6 days. Initially the tv did not work but fixed after 2 attempts. The fridge had to be replaced but the replacement was not clean. Had to clean it before it could be used. Asked for a linen change and the housekeeper said it had been done, the bed had not even been made, nor the towels changed. We did get a linen change and after the third request. The shower cubicle had lots of black mound, all it needed was a good bleach spray. Generally just a lack of care. We stayed here 3 years ago and things were much better. Would not stay again.
