Room was clean and near alot of places.
I felt a little scared. At the time of check in the entire parking lot was empty, not 1 car. In the room there was like a blood stain on the molding of the bathroom door. Shower head disgustingly dirty. Paint peeling off from the walls. Then late at night there were like 3 cars. Felt like if we were the only ones staying there. In the morning a kid screaming and someone shouting right in front of our room at 6am. Very rude!

It was clean and affordable availability was there for a last minute booking. The front desk staff were very attentive and beds were very comfortable.
I didnt like the reviews I read about how the incidental charge was used for no good reasons. I read them after I booked. I thought the charge was too high for a low end hotel. It was 200 dollars I am paranoid they will find a reason to keep some of it . I left the place just as was given to me and it was literally just an overnight not to much time spent in the room.

The pool was nice and clean. The room was big and the beds super comfortable. The motel is close to Walmart and there is a Waffle House literally 50 yards away! Great location if you're visiting Disney, only 20 mins drive!
The girls at the reception desk are very helpful and lovely. They were quick to find us a place to eat the first night, didn't hesitate to give an extra blanket for the stay and even offered swimming towels to use the pool so we didnt have to use the bath towels.!
The coffee in the room! Lol being European we are a little fussy and it took 4 sachets to make a half decent cup...
A big main light in the room, like a ceiling light. It appears to be the same in other motels though so maybe it's just the same everywhere else?

No escalator, the staff is rude, and not willing to help. Some locals even offered to switch room, because I was not able to go up the stairs, and that decline. At the end birth the couple and I left, the shower me another place to stay and I forfeit the money I paid for the two nights I booked.
Lady there has no idea what customer service is.
And there are hidden charges that you are aware AFTER BOOKING.

The propriety is a strategical place to go to both Disney and universal. Plus they always have a staff person in there to help new guest
The staff is super friendly and most of them know both English and Spanish. You feel that they really care about the guests
The rooms needs better illumination. They have 3 lights but none of them gives good illumination. But that is not a deal breaker for me
