Francisco, the restaurant manager was excellent and Frank behind the bar was also brilliant. Pet friendly which was wonderful and the free drinks between 4 and 5 were a nice way to start the evening.
I would have preferred no carpet in the hallways as it is difficult to push the suitcases. Also i didn't really enjoy the food, in the restaurant, it wasn't bad just quite a limited menu. However, the breakfast omelette was very good.

Great pool area, large rooms and great location. Team at the restaurant were excellent and food choices great.
Several issues with the room key, had to get it resynced several times. Room was nice but overlooked the car park and driveway. Disappointed staying 5 days with a car park view. Not even gardens. Thought as I was a genius 3 member and paid for a higher room type I would have had a better outlook.

Ideally situated for all local attractions just off of H192, Melia provides good, clean and modern accommodation at reasonable rates in a pleasant environment. We enjoyed our spacious suite which had a lounge and kitchen area as well as a bedroom and bathroom. Staff are friendly and keen to please. A beautiful centrally located pool is ideal for those wanting to chill out in a relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely return.
Toilet in our suite was difficult to flush (handle often stuck) - Reported this, but it wasn't addressed during our stay.

Guests on both sides had dogs. Lots of barking and nails running over the hard floors in the room. I own dogs too so no hate to them, just inconvenient for me on a business trip.

The property itself is fine, but the security and management are lacking. They assign keys to occupied rooms, and there have been violent incidents in the pool area. The lack of security is very bad.
