Featuring indoor and outdoor activities, games and experiences for the young, and the young at heart so that adult guests have time to lounge by the relaxing pool while the kids have fun. An on-site restaurant and bar with poolside service is provided serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The café area at The Wilson proudly serves Starbucks® coffee. Meliá guests enjoy free full access and usage of the 3-story, 40,000 sq. foot gym at the AdventHealth Wellness Center Celebration located next door to the property. I was very disappointed with my stay. The cleanliness standards were far below what I expected. The bathroom had hair left behind, the floor was dirty, and there were food remnants on the bed’s headboard. The living room sofa was extremely uncomfortable and would sink deeply when sitting on it. Breakfast was also a major issue. The order was not prepared as requested. We specifically informed the hotel that one of the coffees needed to be made with oat milk due to an allergy, yet the cup arrived without any identification, making it impossible to know whether it was safe to consume. Additionally, we requested that no dulce de leche be added to the French toast, but it was served with it anyway. As a result, we were unable to eat it. Overall, the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest requests made our experience very disappointing. I would not stay here again and hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
