The convenience of being able to get a room
The shower in my room didn't work and I have not been able to let anyone know. Room 403 shower did not turn on tried every combination I could but water would not come out of the faucet

That I was right down the road from my job.
When we lost power, once hurricane Milton hit us the hotel staff was nowhere to be found. There were roaches in my room and the AC did not work and I lost $100 worth of food due to the power outage.

Having stayed for 2 weeks at the Ramada Wyndham Gateway (who didn't have the decency to offer me a room with a hurricane approaching) I found the Maple Leaf and managed to book 2 nights after my flights were cancelled, I wish I had stayed here for my entire 2 week vacation!!! Better water pressure and temperature, friendlier and more helpful staff, room was cleaner and in better condition! Quieter air conditioner, TV that worked properly!! Basically the best little Inn and Suites about!!!
My wife's only quibble, no hair dryer.....but even she said it wouldn't stop here staying here again!!

My 16 yr old daughter unfolded sheets to go to bed and they were dirty. Not stained DIRTY. Was last room and had to sleep over on blanket instead which had stains

The only good thing about the location was it was conveniently close to some attractions
The room was very small and the tv was from 1985 not to mention the room smelled so bad from dogs and cat hair everywhere..The owner of the place was rude and disrespectful towards me and my sister when I asked for a room change

It was horrible, Internet didnt work, the room was dirty, no wash cloths, huge hole in the wall above toilet, dust everywhere, and no chain on the door like all the other rooms, I paid for 2 nights and I left early almost a whole day.

this place is disgusting.
Door had a way to get in even if locked, I have to barricade the door ,Dirty Bathroom, Stains In Bed sheets, Overpriced just to stay in hell.
