The rooms nor the property looks nothing like the pictures they provide which draws people like me to want to go check it out and wish to have an enjoyable stay the site itself really has failed the pictures the pictures draw customers but the facility itself does not meet that

The area is great the pools we're okay
The rooms they gave us was not up to part it seems as if they advertising awesome room but my first day there the TV was busted carpets was away from the wall the room was totally destroyed then they send me to a room the beds were not made out of trash in the garbage but they're cleaning staff alerted them that the one room was ready TVs are fuzzy leaking in the bathroom the bathrooms themselves you can tell we're not up to date I'm sorry these rooms are not up to date not with that advertising and it's sad but it.com just does not check on these things before they involve their customers to these type of environments let it be also known that I'm disabled so it was kind of hard but yet disturbing that they would put me in these type of environments

I liked some of the staff. They were sweet and very helpful.
Some of the mangers treats you kinda rude if your appearance is not like a wealthy style they had their nose stuck up and was very judgmental. I feel as if you should treat all guests equally. No matter what you think their background is or their race. If they could change their way of thinking the hotel will be way better!!!!!

There was hair, pubes, and literal poop marks on the bed and towels. The bathroom was completely disgusting. As soon as you walked in the room you could see how dirty the beds were and it took over 2 hours for the front desk to check us in.

Absolutely nothing the place was DISGUSTING
Room smelt so bad the smell made us gag/throw up. Bed bugs and black mold everywhere wet carpet.

They did have continental breakfast.

They do not give you your refund back, they blame it on your banking but it is them. Good price but they want an extra resort fees for no resort amenities. Serve breakfast but only give you bland cereal two bread types and hard boiled cold eggs. They check you in as if it's supposed to be fancy. There's one employee at the service desk who is nice the others are super rude and don't even look at you. For the money you put into these places you'd expect standards for up keep and employee behavior.
You guys normally respond to these with false information and it's lame trying to make it as if it's my fault for your inconveniences
You guys owe me 100 dollars btw
