It’s the best place we’ve stayed in Orlando. Playground, bouncy castle, pool - great attractions for children.
Rooms were nice, clean and fresh. Staff was fantastic. They went above and beyond. Breakfast was also good with many options.

I liked the close proximity to attractions and the rooms were pretty clean
I didn’t like how the rooms were back to back and you could hear everything from outside to other rooms. Additionally I was packing up my stuff, and just got out of the shower when your staff almost walked into the room even though I said hold on one second. Check out is at 11am and I arrived at 1:30am. I checked out at 10:30am

I found this Resort last minute and I’m extremely happy that I did. The room decor is absolutely beautiful. We had the Barbie themed room. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing. Alejandro’s attention to detail was phenomenal. He was extremely welcoming at breakfast and took the time to explain the process. He also saw that we were out of napkins and brought some to our table. Alvaro’s service was exceptional. He made sure that we had the proper linens and towels for our stay and was very friendly. Andrea made our check out extremely smooth and was very courteous. The heated pool was divine. I loved the Bible verse decor. I also loved how they had swing chairs all around the property. Myself, my kids and my dogs had a wonderful time at this Moment of Magic Resort. We definitely plan to return on our next trip to Florida.
The pet fee is a bit expensive and there are resort fees.

Absolutely do NOT recommend. I booked through booking and received an email that if you do NOT confirm your reservation would be canceled. We tried to check in the next day and they refused but STILL took my money. I slept in my car for 6 hours one night with 2 children because if this whole thing. I will be sharing this with everyone I can.
The owner was VERY nasty to me on the phone trying to handle the situation. Very unprofessional. They claim they didn’t let someone else stay In the room I booked but when I tried checking it the room WAS taken.

ABSOKUTELY NOTHING. AS THW CHILDREN RIGHTLY STATES THE ONLY MAGICAL THINGS WERE THE BIBLE AND A MAGAZINE. MY CHILDREN CRIED NOT TO STAY KNOWING HOW THEIR HOME IS, IT WAS LIKE GOING TO THE SLUM..
The rooms were uninviting. No microwave. Ancient.
Someone's hair was on the bed and all over the bathroom and on the counter top.

The hotel pretends to be an hotel for kids with a kids club. But the rooms defiantly not suitable for kids. Also very old rooms and not clean. The safe didn’t worked, there was no air drying like it’s written. No one speaks English. Breakfast was not edible

The bed and bedding were excellent quality and the room very clean. Like that it had a hair dryer and iron in the room. Pool and pool area were excellent. Breakfast was a big surprise and excellent as well.
My first impressions were not good. Thought it was going to be an enclosed hotel (not rooms facing the parking lot). Also pool not lit up after dark so you really couldn't go swimming there. For this reason I actually asked initially for a refund on my room. But then when slept in bed and got to see the pool in daytime I changed my opinion. Breakfast was awesome as well!

The beds were comfortable, the showers had hot water, there were lots of activities to keep the kids entertained, the pool area was clean. They have a cute little bounce house for the kids, a beat up ping pong table, 2 basketball games and foosball tables upstairs along with a lot of toddler sized play ground equipment. They have a mini fridge in the room as well (no microwave though)
The breakfast experience was terrible. Didn't know upon making the reservation that they require you to reserve exactly when you're going to wake up to eat so that was disappointing. Breakfast was beyond disappointing, I don't eat meat or dairy so my selection was already limited and the attendant serving the tater tots only gives you three. THREE freaking tater tots? I asked for another helping and she generously plopped another two on my plate. I ate one while I was standing there and they were stone cold and disgusting so I walked off. The fruit containers were consistently empty. They don't offer juice, just flavored water or overpowering lemonade that needs to be watered down. The entire dining experience was infuriating. For that alone I wouldn't return but I reserved a pool view room and had a view of the parking lot. I went back to the front desk to ask and they said as long as the room is facing where the pool area is that's what it's considered. We will never return.
