The property was so clean and everyone was very friendly. My daughter loved the play area and getting to meet Minnie and Mickey on the property.
The only thing I would say I didn’t like is that the breakfast area was extremely congested.

The way that breakfast is set up was nice and the way the facility for the kids were set up was nice.
Every morning they were out of normal breakfast and serving lunch items. Our room did not come with any type of comforter or sheet to cover ourselves. We were placed right above the laundry room so we heard laundry going all day and all night.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in with my kids! They wanted to be there instead of the parks which is saying a lot. Staff were friendly and it was a kid wonderland. I felt very safe allowing them to play as they wanted. Will be staying there again next month and going forward when visiting the parks or Orlando and the surrounding area!

The location was the greatest, walking distance to everything.Perfect for kids pool was warm because of the weather, very clean environment staff was very friendly.
Didn’t like how they handled breakfast this is continental style so people shouldn’t be served. I do decaffeinated coffee and the first day there was beans in it, I tried on the second day and it was the same I went out for breakfast.

The staff was warm and welcoming, the playground was fantastic, and the location made it easy to reach all the major attractions.
The shower handle in the bathroom wasn’t functioning properly, and the soundproofing could be improved, as it was easy to hear noise from outside. Breakfast felt a bit chaotic, and the hot food options weren’t particularly appealing.”
