Loved the play area set up for kids. Staff was so friendly. Easy check in and out. Breakfast buffet was really good.
Dont like that you have to choose a time frame for breakfast. Each might need different time depends on plans for day.
We didnt care for the lack of housekeeping every 3 days. Yes they offer you to call for whatever u need from front desk. But by day 3 we was leaving and our room was so messy. Even though we took out trashes daily.

Friendly and pleasant staff, lots of activities for kids, good location, and a clean room.
The room lacked enough power outlets and had little furniture. We often had to keep our things either on the bed or in the suitcase, and the chair was taken by the laptop while it was charging, since that was the only conveniently accessible outlet.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! I paid extra for a garden-facing room specifically for a BOY, and I received a Barbie-themed room for GIRLS at the back of the hotel. Furthermore, I paid $100 in cash for a security deposit that the hotel promised to return, and they never returned it. If you going to stay there, be careful with the “security deposit” it’s a way to keep your money without any explication about it!
