I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! I paid extra for a garden-facing room specifically for a BOY, and I received a Barbie-themed room for GIRLS at the back of the hotel. Furthermore, I paid $100 in cash for a security deposit that the hotel promised to return, and they never returned it. If you going to stay there, be careful with the “security deposit” it’s a way to keep your money without any explication about it!

It was calm and quiet. Nice music, family environment and beautiful exterior decoration.
The playground had an equipment that is not safe for children. The artificial grass and the floor under the area is very hard.Unfortunately, my daughter felt from a ball and she fractured her elbow. I was offered a credit that is good. But as a customer and according to his values and the word of God, I expected a least a call.The Manager was notified, but I never received a follow up call regarding to the situation.

Breakfast was perfect—so good! I just wish I had known about the Disney characters coming out. They arrived after our time ended, so my daughter only saw them in passing.
The pillows were very thick, which made them a bit uncomfortable to sleep on
