The staff was amazing
The air went out in one room then had to switch to a different smaller and different beds no pool view where I have to move the the toilet didn’t work in second room we couldn’t even eat the breakfast was not good we stayed 3 nights only ate one time price is ok but honestly was not great after having to move after decorating for a Barbie party and taking everything out in 97 degree weather and canceling dinner plans because we were late due to air going out just wish they would have accommodated a little more for the inconvenience.. but the staff was amazing so I would say great job on that very friendly ❤️❤️❤️❤️

There is a sign near the room "parking reserved for this room", When someone parks at the place reserved for your room the staff of the hotel does not care and does not do anything with it. Their response was ":there are plenty of places to park around the hotel." The lady at the front desk literally said to me "I am here and parking is there. I understand you, but I am here". I had to carry all my stuff when checking out all the way around the hotel although I paid for the room with a "reserved parking place". Then why did you put the sign saying"parking is reserved for this room"? Just to have it there? This is non professional and frustrating. No microwave in the room. Xbox did not work. Very loud music at 7 A.M. . Check out is at 11:00 AM. After 8 AM at the day of your check out room service will knock every 15 minutes asking if you're checking out today and paying zero attention to the "do not disturb" sign at the door.

The shuttle service was the worse, they left us in the hotel without waiting nor even one minute. The personnel was noisy, breakfast could be better and the water selector of the bath tube was broken.

Family friendly and great value beautiful pool area lots of free sitting spaces and cabanas free of upgrades! Starbucks coffee in the lobby. Great breakfast every morning.
One microwave for all guests. Needs more outlets in room for device charging. I recommend lamps with usb plugs.

Best kids and family fun vacation park EVER and we Loved the reminders about hugs and kindness everywhere!
Breakfast is both very yummy and substantial (lines would benefit from having a hostess direction to avoid crowd clog)
Wonderful staff, welcoming and attentive.
However, on-site Starbucks fails as a Starbucks - and we killed a couple of roaches in bathroom area(it is Florida, folks)

We stayed one night to visit Orlando, we bathed in the pool.
I think the hotel should have everything they advertise on the page. Many details that make you feel comfortable were missing. I think there should be more activities for children, painting activities don't exist, the Xbox game place doesn't exist either, there are no bathrobes in the room either. And breakfast the eggs and sausages that they offer very cold. The lobby is super small and there is nothing to do there
