Outdated rooms, beds not premium as advertised, rusted shower curtain rods, hot breakfast consisted of frozen egg patties, green beans carrot potato mixture and sausage. The waffles machine was good but that's about it. They did have cereal, coffee and pastries. But the hot breakfast was severely stretched as compared to places like Drury inn, Holiday inn Express and even Hampton inn.
Also while I appreciate a diverse work staff, it's hard to run a resort/hotel when the majority of the staff(from front desk to maintenance) speaks very little English.

Our room opened right up to the playground and was easy to watch kids from the window playing at the park. Breakfast is good and service is excellent. They respond immediately to your calls and send someone right away.
The music was very loud as we had a speakers right outside of our window.
THE MUSIC WAS TRASH. THEY HAD UNCESNORED POP MUSIC SAYING THE F*** WORD AND GIRLS SINGING ABOUT THEIR P**SY. IDK what parent would want their kids listening to that. Did I mention that they have inspiration qoutes about God all over the property. God is Holy, and that music is brainwashing our children to give themselves to the first little boy that shows interest. CHANGE THE MUSIC.

The property offers many activities for children. They even have 2 shelters on the property for parties and a volleyball area which we were surprised to see. The room also offers in-room coffee with a Keurig machine and a big flat screen tv.

This has been our second time at Magic Moment Resort. We really enjoy the kids' friendly environment. There is no " ssshhh" l, kids can be kids, play, run, laugh. Staff is very friendly. It is overall a real family place with nice little notes everywhere to remind you to enjoy your time with your loved ones.
We didn't really like the breakfast this time. We cam at 9am and It was so crowded that we didn't even find a spot to sit. Pancake/waffle dough was empty. Coffee tasted over heated for a long time and no creamer for coffee. So, my girls had a bowl of cereals. If they had at least some cheese or boiled eggs, we would have had been to eat at least something. We all felt like the breakfast was better 1 and 2 years ago.
