I was drawn to how the photos looked but in reality they don’t like that especially the rooms.
They only clean your room every 3 days. Never heard of that before!

it looked more like a motel than a hotel, the photos on the booking website don't show what you see when you arrive. The staff doesn't speak English when changing dirty linen.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. We liked the breakfast, the location near Disney's park and the leisure area for those with small children. Service available in Spanish and Portuguese.
Luggage storage has a fee and is not stated on the website. Unfortunately, we had to pay a fee of USD 10/bag to leave our bags, as our flight was late and we wanted to enjoy a few more hours in the city without worrying about our bags. We were disappointed with this information!
